We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, we were disappointed at the leadership team after it took them 45 minutes to get our table ready. There was no interaction or acknowledgment from the manager on site to address the customer service issue.

Restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, but some areas r Very Tight Quarters. Vibe is Nice, but just a Bit on the “too Noisy” side for My preference ‘Overall’. Not a deterrent tho by any means! ;) The Servers were SPECTACULAR .. especially Our MAIN Server Dominic who was Fun, Nice, Informative/Knowledgeable & made Our 30th Wedding Anniversary Month’s Dinner Celebration feel EXTRA Special! (Definitely ask for Dominic!). I will do so Next Time I hv urge to go as the Salad w/3 Variety Tomatoes & Savory Goat & Sheep’s Milk Cheese was DELISH! Differing Server who brought it over took Time & Great Pride n Excitement to Kindly Share Info specifics about it. So Cute! Thank U for that! :) Bar Menu a Bit too ‘Overpriced’ for sure & Salmon tad Overcooked lacking Flavor (My Fault possibly as prefer Well Done but, some do so differently than others) but Side Accompaniment helped in that situation as did the Red Sauce. Hubby enjoyed the Steak & Presentation of Dishes here r VERY Nicely done! Portion Size could be Better for Price Point tho. Desserts were Very Good but the MOST Impressive was the AWESOME Ice Cream w/Pine Tree Woodsy Unique Flavoring that Paired Perfectly w/Molten Lava Cake! <3 Evening Ended w/having Briefly met the SWEETEST Beautiful Inside/Out Couple from Sanford who like Us were 1st Timers to AVA & bc of them They made Our Anniversary One of the MOST Memorable Ever!!! God Bless Them .. as they know why & I Thank U Both so VERY VERY Much! I was Teary-Eyed & in Shock bc of ur HUGE Heart! <3 I so Badly wanted to say Goodnite Better but had just taken a Bite & also didn’t want to Impose More than I thought I may have. Was so Nice chatting the Lil Bit we had .. considering Noise Level Vibe. :) I hope we run into u Both again so I can return the Kindness & Generosity u bestowed My Sweet Hubby & I! Oh! Luved her Stylish Outfit too! Meant to tell ya! AVA is a GREAT Restaurant & Fun Upbeat that I definitely would Luv to Visit again! Wide Variety of Ages! 👍🏽

My favorite place in Winter Park. Beautiful place and good vibes. Food is tasty and beautifully presented. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

From the moment we entered the front door and thru the evening every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It was remarkable on how well tuned the staff worked together to make an enjoyable and delicious evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the Magical Dining appetizers, main course and dessert. Although we were perplexed on how they could be out of unsweetened tea. The server and sommelier were helpful in choosing a wine. The restroom was clean.
