Delicious food and very friendly and attentive service. It is rather noisy though. But so good we will go back

The food is very good and well presented. Authentic Italian as well as some innovative recipes using seasonal local ingredients - awesome! The restaurant is small so understandably they are trying to keep tables turning over. After less than an hour and a quarter they offered us the bill after our second course...we had to ask for the dessert menu. I would prefer to pay a bit more to enjoy the meal without the rushing.

The pasta is amazing! The meatballs were the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that the table for two is small and because the chairs are rounded, there’s nowhere for your handbag. A couple of hooks under the table would do the trick. Otherwise an excellent experience, we’ll be back soon for sure.

Cute and lovely place for hanging out with friends. Nice atomosphere and excellent service. The risotto was pretty general, however the rottolo was amazing, while the anchovy was impressive! Only thing i have to mention is that i made the reservation from open table, comfirmed my reservation through text message. But, i was not on the list when i arrived. not sure what was going on, forturnately there was a table avalible by that time. Generally happy experience, i will go back again.

Amazing food and wine and service. Loved this location as well as Pender. Fresh ingredients and the service was outstanding! Definitely will visit again!

Both the food and service were great. Would recommend for couples or small group. Place is small but run very efficiently.

The noise level was very unsettling. It seemed to be one of those restaurants that have a design flaw in that too many hard surfaces and nothing to absorb sound. There are very few tables so the noise level was not coming from other patrons. We couldn't even hear what our waitress was saying. Also, waiting outside for our table, we could see this very small and intimate space and we were so looking forward to our dinner. After we were seated we commented that the music did not seem to match our expectations for the space. All four in our party have travelled to Italy many times (and one person in our party was Italian) and it did not transport us there even though we agreed the food did.

Is a small restaurant but the ambiance was pleasant. Had an attentive waitress and the service was good which made the evening enjoyable. The cappacio appetizer was quite good and the expressos dessert was pleasantly not too sweet. There pasta dishes that our party order was only ok. The flavours were ordinary and not too memorable. Some of the dishes were on the smaller side so if you are hungry, it may not be enough for you. I would still recommend it to my friends based on the service and decent ambiance but would also inform them the menu is a mix and not to expect too much.
