  sauteed aromatic lamb with rosemary, red onion and cherry tomatoes served with slow-cooked red onions, berbere spice and spiced butter in a thick blend of flavourful stew

• Vegetarian & Vegan Option

  Spiced lentils, chia seeds and teff protein loaf, spinach, potatoes, chickpeas, mince, avocado and kidney beans with quinoa and brown lentils

Dessert & Coffee Ceremony

  Followed by a coffee ceremony that involves roasting the raw green coffee beans, brewing the coffee in special clay jugs and traditional dessert
