Austin’s American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. We’ll have you wondering why mom’s food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Service was below expectations. Shouldn't have to ask to have water refilled. Server disappeared at the end. Brought out salads and said the meals were already ready and asked if it was OK to bring them, too. That is unacceptable. Bring salads and time food preparation to give time for salads to be eaten. The rotisserie chicken white meat was incredibly dry. We are used to the Austins in Fort Collins and recently moved to Windsor. Will only go to Austin's in Fort Collins from now on.

We had a very nice brunch. Two of us had breakfast and one had lunch. Breakfast potatoes and eggs were a little over done, but the Salmon looked amazing and the person who ordered it enjoyed it very much. Service was excellent and we will be back.

Date night with my wife, made reservations for 6:15 we went to a concert after eating. Arrive at Austin’s, no one at hostess desk, waited quit awhile to have any one show up to seat us. We asked what was going on and were told several people did not show up. Set in booths in the bar, long wait to get any one to help us ordered drinks, asked for water which finely showed up, ordered food.again long wait before food arrived. We made it to concert with about 5 minutes to spare. It was not the relaxing date night we were hoping for. It was an experience that will be remembered.

The Greeley Austins is heads above Ft Collin’s 2 establishments. At Greeley Austin’s, food is fresh, deliciously prepped and efficiently served in an upbeat albeit quiet environment- one can actually talk without yelling! Our server was delightful - remembered every order and special requests while still engaging in fun conversation. There’s no reason to patronize either Ft Collins Austin’s - noisy , bad food, impressed with itself Greeley is our first and only Austins choice

We always love the bison meatloaf! I branched out and ordered the bison skirt steak. I asked for rare and got just that. It was tender and flavorful, and now my new favorite! The service was excellent! We had a concert to get to so our waiter put our food order in and got our meals out very quickly. This was our 1st time to eat at the Austin's in Greeley, and we were very happy with everything!

We are always pleased with the food and the staff at Austin’s! Everything on the menu is good, and the food is consistent. Every wait staff member does their job well. Our relative’s were impressed with Friday night’s dining experience!

Our waitress was really great, very attentive and knowledgeable. Usually the food is enjoyable, but not this time. She described the pork tenderloin as being prepared to medium. It came out more than well done, was dried out and hard to chew. Almost like it had been cooked and re-heated. The side was roasted cauliflower and beets, same problem, the cauliflower was charred to nearly black and the beets were cooked to mush. Manager was very kind to explain they had a new grill chef and she would help get that resolved. She removed the cauliflower and the two desserts from our bill. Hope they get it straightened out soon and get the quality food back on the plates!

Don’t order food in the bar. Minimal service. Meat cooked at incorrect temperature. Thanks to manager for fixing. Different overall experience than the Ft Collins restaurant of the same name.

Bison meatloaf and brussel sprouts! Delicious! This was our first visit. It was clean, and surprisingly quiet, but it was after lunch. So not busy time. We will come back. Only complaint was they didn't refill our water and tea.
