Austin’s American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. We’ll have you wondering why mom’s food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. We sat for 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. The server was bubbly and kind but she spilled vinaigrette all over my husband and no compensation was offered. His clothing is ruined from the oils. We had two steaks and both were cooked incorrectly, we asked for no pink and mine was so red I couldn’t eat it. The French dip sandwich was very salty.

My spouse’s roast chicken was delivered barely warm while my prime rib sandwich was overcooked and dry/hard, skimpy on the meat. Our least satisfying meal at an Austin’s

Honestly you can’t miss with this menu, our table ordered the bison steak, bbq salmon, pot pie, and prime rib. Their service is wonderful and the restaurant is beautifully put together. The ambiance is perfect for a family dinner OR a romantic date. Highly recommend.

We were sat right next to the door and the windows on a night when it was 15 degrees. It was freezing! We asked to be moved to another booth and were told that another booth was not available. However, when I got up to go to the bathroom I noticed there were 3 booths in the back that were open. One of them was open the entire time we were there and still open when we left.

Martini and my Buffalo Burger were good. My wife’s New York Strip looked like a sirloin and was tough. Service was good….just the steak not so much.

This was my first time to the Greeley location. It’s a beautiful building but the interior lighting is a bit excessive, some thought should be given to dimming things down a bit. The food and service were both excellent!

A lovely restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve dinner with my Mom. We enjoyed our meal in a calm atmosphere with great service.

I ordered the prime rib and it was cold and the baked potato was over baked. They have taken some favorite things off the menu which is unfortunate.
