Our culinary team have meticulously crafted a creative mix of seasonal flavors that promise a memorable dining experience. Suggested wine pairings are optional, at $50 per person. Our beverage team have perfectly paired each course to each unique flavor profile.  Full table participation is required.

We ate here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. The cocktails, the appetizers & main course were wonderful. We opted out of the chefs dinner to keep it smaller. The trout & hanger steak were great. Our server Megan was attentive & kind. We’ll be back!

I love the restaurant, but hate when I’m put in the side room because it’s so loud that you cannot hear each other across the table

You must be referring to our front dining room - do you feel like the noise was coming directly from the bar area or perhaps the music could've been adjusted for you? The acoustics in our space are tricky and we're happy to discuss details around noise that detracts from our guest's experience so we can continue to tweak how we manage noise levels. Enjoyable experience. Wait staff was outstanding. The food items were mostly excellent, the soup and caesar salad were average. Deserts were amazing. Pricey but as most nice restaurants are these days, not really affordable for us except for special occasions.

We were at Aurum during Happy Hour. We had a couple of the IPA’s, the Caesar salad and the burgers. Good was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Happy Hour is great value.

We always dine @ Arum when visit Breckenridge. The drink selection is extensive. The cauliflower starter is excellent. We had the soba + mushrooms and hanger steak. Both were delicious and filling. Topped it off with coffee and fruit crisp which was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive.
