Aura is inspired by the banks of the Mediterranean, the spirit of family, the crisp coolness of a just caught oyster, the vibrancy of farm fresh vegetables, and the spirit of, “il dolce far niente.”

Here at Aura, we pride ourselves on hospitality, with a focus on memorable moments, whether you’re coming in for a small bite and a glass of wine at the bar, an intimate dinner with friends, or a large celebration.

Great everything. The perfect Saturday Night, special dinner spot. Ambience was great, food fantastic, not just dinner but a wonderful culinary experience and evening out with friends.

The ambiance was exquisite, warm and provides that high end upscale feeling that most restaurants in the area lack. The food was outstanding, everything we ate was chocked full of amazing flavor profiles and cooked to perfection especially my wife's salmon entree, which is usually overcooked at most restaurants because she prefers it medium rare. The chocolate mousse was equally outstanding. Now for a few of the negatives that need improvement in my opinion. The service level was lacking for this upscale price point, we waited for the better part of 15 minutes after being seated to receive our cocktails. We had to order our entire meal at once, which makes you feel rushed and as a result our entrees came out before the bottle of wine we ordered throwing the entire flow of the meal off and you should not be made to feel rushed when you are spending good money. The place is overall fantastic, but hopefully they can make a few changes to make the entire experience memorable. We will be back to give them a second chance, because I am not a one and done type or foodie.

Everything was amazing from the minute we walked in till the time that we left the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner.

As always, Aura has surpassed our expectations. From the moment the hostess greeted us with a smile to the moment we left, everything was perfection. Our server Kelly was enthusiastically wonderful smiling and always cheerful. She took time to review our order ensuring everything was correct. You can tell that the team on the floor worked as a cohesive team by assisting each other and always being attentive to our needs. The food!!! OMG!! Tuna Tartare was fresh and flavorful and the Frito Misty was a delightful combination of items to satisfy everyone. Entrees!! Yet again, surpassed expectations! Skirt Steak was tender and delicious. Halibut was perfectly balanced in flavor with the clams and chorizo. Scallops were fresh and succulent. The lamb Malfidine was full of freshly braised lamb and that hint of citrus just took it to another level. Service was perfection from beginning to end! Aura is an awesome addition to the south shore and we cannot wait to go back!! You won’t be disappointed!

Everyone was very pleasant and our waitress was absolutely adorable. I don’t like giving negative reviews but as much as we wanted another wonderful restaurant in our area this fell short! Sunday evening at 6:30 they ran out of scallops and halibut so my friend and I had to select something else. They offered dessert on the house! They were slow in taking our order, even our drink order. We enjoyed the arugula and ceasar salads and in general the prices were on the high side. The room is a bit noisy…..we will not be returning any time soon.

Overpriced for the size of the portions served. The food is good but not great, which it should be for the prices charged. Ambiance is very nice but a bit loud. Service is very good and friendly.

Delicious! Had the tuna tartar and the scallops. Husband had the skirt steak and we all cleaned our plates. Disappointed that they changed the Burrata and fig appetizer
