AUNTIE'S JOURNEY - 'Auntie Heidis beste Ideen' Menü für 49 EUR so stehts in der Karte. Die Vorfreude war groß, doch in der Umsetzung ist es leider sehr enttäuschend. Backhendlsalat, Linsensuppe, Fish & Chips, Angus Burger, Sorbet und Crème Brûlée waren alles andere als das, was versprochen wurde nämlich "internationale und regionale Spezialitäten zu frischen, gesunden Gerichten, die ideal zum Teilen geeignet sind." Es war mittelmäßiges Fast Food serviert in einem schönen Ambiente. Die Qualität passt mit dem Ambiente nicht zusammen, der Preis schon! Finally war sogar ein Plastikstück im Sorbet, die Küche war der Meinung es ist ein hartes Stück Orange. Das Marketing des Restaurants ist gut, aber insgesamt war ich sehr enttäuscht. Der einzige Pluspunkt war das Personal, obwohl auch hier noch Verbesserungsbedarf besteht.

Abgesehen von der irgendwie kalten Atmosphäre war das Essen keineswegs die hohen Preise wert. Unser über 30€ Burger war kalt und war noch nicht mal geschmacklich ansprechend. OK wir haben ihn nochmal warm gebracht bekommen…aber geschmeckt hat er trotzdem nicht. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren die Preise einfach nicht wert. Es soll wohl alles nachhaltig sein und aus der Region kommen. Aber schmecken darf es ja trotzdem. Übrigens große Personen sollten bei der Reservierung auf den Platz achten. Es gibt an einem Ende des Restaurants Tische die sehr niedrig sind mit zu hohen Sitzplätzen. Glaube das sollte irgendwie hip werden, ist aber eigentlich nur unbequem.

We found it amazing! Some small things about the interior design, we would have made different, but we like the konzept. One of us would like to let the kitchen know that, the catch of day would have been excellent with less butter. He is a chef, so maybe he is right 😊 about that. We will come again, for sure!

Eine kleine feine internationale Speisekarte, die jedoch wenn man als Gast 1 Woche im Hotel ist zu klein und ohne Abwechslung ist...und nicht ein österrisches Gericht..welches die ausländischen Gäste sicher auch gern in einem Skiort hin und wieder essen möchten..

Tolles Ambiente, sehr gutes, kreatives Essen!! Service (Kellner, die Speisen zum Tisch bringen sollten wissen, WAS sie bringen) und Kleinigkeiten (Getränke in Raumtemperatur, 2 kindgerechte Möglichkeiten in Ferienregion zur Hauptreisezeit wären sinnvoll) müssen sich noch „einspielen“.
