Join us at Aunt Jake's Upper East Side for our Pasta Making Class & 3-course pasta menu! The cost is $60 per person for pasta instruction and the prefix meal. We require a $10 per person non-refundable deposit.

Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

    "HOW TO MAKE PASTA" CLASS & 3-COURSE MENU Learn how to make pasta in this immersive and exciting new experience at Aunt Jake's, a beloved neighborhood gem! Our dedicated instructors will take you on a journey to learn those shapes may have eaten before, but never made by hand. After the class, indulge in a delicious 3 course prefix dinner. From start to finish the class and dinner are 2.5-3 hours. We require a $10 per person non-refundable deposit. ****If you need to reschedule or cancel the reservation, your $10 deposit will be forfeited**** For best results, please use the OpenTable mobile app to book. Third party facilitators will be charged full price for no shows.

    Our pasta-making class at Aunt Jake’s was so much fun! Our instructor Anthony was super friendly and very patient, and with his expert guidance we created a multitude of pasta shapes, all of which we got to bring home with us. Following the class, we sat down to a delicious 3-course meal served up by Jason, who was a perfect host. The kale Caesar salad and meatballs were a big hit, as were the homemade pastas (no surprise there!). The entire experience was such a treat, and a great value to boot. Book this well in advance as it sells out quickly!

    Had so much fun at this experience! The food and service was amazing & Anthony taught us how to make really good pasta. Definitely such a bang for your buck experience!

    The experience was good! It was fast paced so a bit hard to follow if you’re not on the side closer to the person leading the class. There’s also a lot of people in the class so you’re elbow to elbow with everyone and it gets a little tight when making the pasta. The food was tasty and staff were great, but everything felt so squeezed in for the 3 hours.

    We had a great time and the meal after was great as well. One downer was that the former marine instructor seemed to be on edge and very tense. He did crack jokes but you can feel his mood. Keep in mind that that you learn how to make the dough but don’t actually shape the dough you made. You practice on premade dough sheets.

    So amazing! The instructors really took their time teaching us the in and out of pasta making and the food was amazing! 10 out of 10

    Honestly, this was so much fun. Very well organized, the staff is incredibly friendly and funny. Super fun to make the pasta and very efficient in moving us from making pasta to eating. The food is absolutely incredible. Such a great price for everything. Staff is also very helpful with everyone. 100/10.

    We started 30 min late because the groups before us went later. Overall it was fun. A very cool experience and definitely great food.
