Aunt Butchie’s, is a cafe on one side and dining room on the other. The cafe is fun and loud with a partially open kitchen. Breads, cookies, cakes, & pastries line a wall near the main entrance. The opposite side of the cafe has a colorful array of prepared food platters behind a sleek showcase. The dining room has a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as a full service bar. The dining room accommodates up to 120 people and is available for private parties. Aunt Butchie’s is not only a cafe that offers cakes and coffee and prepared food, but we also have a full restaurant featuring a variety of Italian specialties. We do off premises catering, we have a private party room and WE DELIVER. Come in and enjoy the Aunt Butchie’s Experience And… Pete is in charge of the kitchen!

We were definitely not impressed with this dining experience. The room was cold when we arrived, and the manager turned up the heat. The room heated up quickly. We were given electronic (tablet) menus, which for older patrons are not the easiest to use. Two of our party requested regular menus and about 20 minutes later had to remind the waiter. Food was bland and did not impress us. Appetizers were small, fried calamari came in a small basket. Drinks were good. Do not think we will be returning.

My girlfriend and I travel from NJ each year to celebrate our anniversary at Aunt Butchies. All of their entrees are traditional and flavored so well. I personally always order the Sunday sauce and my girls usually ends up picking a pasta dish. She always raves on how fresh the pasta tases. We usually end our night with an espresso and pastry from their bakery that is on the other side of the restaurant. It is a simple tradition we have by visiting Aunt Butchies each year, but it is definitely one of our favorite restaurants.
