Service was very good. Restaurant is nice. Food is very average considering the high price. Chocolate dessert was the best. Restaurant was very cold. It was 100 degrees outside and we were freezing the entire time. It could be a nice restaurant but they’re not there yet. More work to do but hopefully they can make a few adjustments.

First time at the new Cloudland resort. Our service and food were excellent. Our waitress and Lance were so friendly and helpful in making suggestions on our meals. They made our 56th anniversary truly memorable.

My wife and I had a very nice experience- food was excellent - service was superior and atmosphere divine. Highest praise!

We were very excited to try this Auld. Knowing it was new, we wanted to give it a chance. Being we are both foodies and don’t mind spending time or money on an experience we thought this menu lacked a lot. But we were still thrilled to be there. They need to go back to the drawing board or create a different menu to be more appealing. The beef was good and to be quite frank everything else we had was uneventful. We will try the other restaurants on the property, but will not be back to this one. We just don’t see how it will be successful. Not worth the money or time. (Drinks were good)

Great food & service. We thought it was a la carte & ordered an extra side we didn’t need. I think they explained it to us but we weren’t on the same page. Food was amazing through as were our servers. Had the ribeye for 2 which was prepared perfectly!

The dinner was delicious and unique. The service was fantastic along with the ambiance. We loved it.

We had a great experience at Auld Alliance. The hotel was very tastefully decorated. I loved all the extra little touches in the restaurant like the wooden woven patterns in the ceiling. The food and drinks were fantastic as was our server, Cassie. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. When she didn't know an answer, she asked the chef. The ribeye steak was done perfectly and the desserts incredible.

Superb menu, great service and WOW, the view. A must if you are staying at the resort, perfect for a nice drive for dinner. Check out the resort while you’re there - go early and enjoy the views. A few favorites from our second visit: Beans on Toast, Pea & Mint salad and of course the Laphroaig washed dry aged bone in ribeye.
