A husband and wife team, Marc Taxiera and Brianne Myers combine their talents and love for the restaurant business. Marc in the kitchen and Brianne in the front of house, they have spent decades refining their craft at some of the most iconic restaurants in the city; now bringing their passion to Westchester.
Chef Marcs’ resume includes Executive Chef of the acclaimed Russian Tea room and the ultra-seasonal Beppe restaurant.
Brianne has been the General Manager of iconic places like Eataly, BLT Steak, and the renowned Loring Place - to name a few.
Augustine’s will be Chef Marc’s shining example of his ability to source local and seasonal ingredients. Finding his passion while in culinary school, his vision for his own restaurant continued to grow throughout his career. His philosophy is simple; take the best raw ingredients you can source and showcase them with minimal processing.

we had another excellent experience at Augustines. food and drinks were great. one small glitch, it seemed that maybe they were understaffed so service was a little slow, but the servers were excellent as usual, we will come back again and again

Another fantastic dinner at Augustine’s. We had the grilled octopus and a new summer app of stuffed zucchini blossoms. The pasta with pesto special was outstanding. Great white Rhone by the glass and excellent service!

I've tried Salumeria five times now; each meal has been delicious and creative. I met an old friend last night and we were slow to select our dinner and talked long after the meal was done. We were never rushed. Another reason to love this spot -- a warm and relaxing ambiance, topped only by a friendly and attentive wait staff!

This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were very happy that all we had heard about Augustine's was true the gnocchi with the lamb Ragu was as good as our server said it was my wife had the lamb chops and they were cooked perfectly so we will be back have many dishes that sound delicious and we need to try them. By the way you have to try the cace and pepe zeppoli with your choice of meats and cheeses.

The food was truly exceptional. The service was good. The front room is very pleasant. I’m menu is interesting and varied. Nice wine list that isn’t too pricey. We will definitely be back!!
