Atlas Izakaya is a chef-run restaurant focused on creating delicious, thought-provoking Japanese food. Meaning “stay-drink-place” in its native tongue, Izakaya is a word to describe the perfect spot to settle down with company as you dine together. Located in the heart of historic Key West steps from Duval Street, our restaurant provides a relaxed vibe to meet your palate. To live up to our name, we created a refined atmosphere that features an impressive open kitchen to complement the same great impression made by our menu. Complete with local seafood, fresh vegetable dishes, bao buns, dumplings, and much more, our offerings are the kind you’ll be craving in the weeks following your visit. Kokadama Plant Class

Join us for our monthly Kokadama Plant Class. We will enjoy sake cocktails and some plant based snacks while you learn the art of Kokadama, which translates to "moss ball" on which ornamental plants grow. Each class will feature different plants as you perfect the technique. While you will watch our host assemble the first plant, you can relax and enjoy drinks and snacks. After which, we will assist you in perfecting your take home kokadama. Happening the first Saturday of each month 12pm-2pm (limited bar seating only for this class)

Izakaya is a unique upscale Japanese restaurant - the preparations are outstanding. Caesar Salad with wasabi, edamame with garlic, vegetable dumplings and the Wagyu Beef dishes were wonderful. The service was professional and attentive. A definite go back to try more.

Excellent experience from wait staff to food. The menu is unique and the waitress helped us through it. Selections were excellent and had lots of flavor. Very much enjoyed the decor and ambience. Will go again next time in Key West

The chef's 5 course tasting menu was amazing, and waiter Patrick's service was genuine, efficient and gracious, like an old friend. What a delightful evening with my wife, son and daughter in law!

WOW!! We decided to finally try this place after debating on several occasions while staying in KW. It DID NOT disappoint. The menu online wasn't super clear or appealing to us except for a few items but we decided to go anyway. You MUST go to truly understand the menu. The waitress was WONDERFUL and helped us work through all the items as they are small plates that are all shareable. We curated the perfect grouping for us and enjoyed every single item we ordered. We were so full we couldn't finish the last items entirely. The mocktail I had was both beautiful and delicious. I am so happy we finally tried this place. The outside looks very unassuming but the interior decor is so well done. What a great experience. We will be back!
