The service was excellent but the food was really nothing special. I guess it explains why the restaurant was empty at 7pm. Sad because it has great potential. Would not come back.

We enjoyed sitting outside yet it has a very plain Jane ambience by the pool…. The service could have been quicker as there weren’t many guests sitting at their tables - Food was delicious!

Extremely slow service despite almost no other customers, no buffet availabie on Sunday (but apparently on weekdays??), and way overpriced.

Cristina and the rest of the staff were great! The service was perfect. The food was fantastic. The whole experience was wonderful. We strongly recommend Atlantikós.

As a Marriott Gold Elite member and the host of the dinner last night, I was appalled at the low standard of food and service. the dining room was completely empty (only 1 other table apart from ours), so the ambiance was non-existent, cold and unwelcoming. Before ordering sea bass, we verified with the waitress that a portion included a whole fish, and therefore ordered one between two of us. When it arrived, there was only one small filet---not nearly enough for 2 people. Both main courses arrived fairly tepid. The service was unprofessional and uncaring. We went into this knowing it was expensive, but hoping the food would be excellent and that there would be some view/ambiance by the ocean. The restaurant is the main all-day dining area of the hotel with no view and with the curtains drawn could have been anywhere. On a Thursday night there was hardly anyone there in this large space creating an odd atmosphere. Food was mediocre and the fish served lukewarm. After spending over $500 for 4 people the discounted rate for valet parking was $30 for 2 hours. Wine by the glass was $34/$27. One positive note was the nice waitress we had. Unfortunately total bust for entertaining some out of town guests.

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY CHARGE 130,00 FOR THE MOST BELOW AVERAGE BUFFET IM APPALLED. NO WORDS. THEY WERE ADVERTISING THIS AMAZING NYD RECOVERY BRUNCH WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT. THE SERVER WAS CLUELESS. BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE FOOD. UNBELIEVABLY THE WORST.
