We have been coming to Atlantic Social since it first opened. We have always had a fabulous experience. We have had Kevin as a waiter many times. He is excellent! However, it was clear there was not enough staff. Service was definitely slower than in the past- not Kevin’s fault! Also, the building needs to be refreshed. Windows were filthy on the inside. The outside of the building looked rundown. There were flies in the restaurant which is unappealing. Food was delicious but atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.

Our waitress was precious and tried her best but the restaurant is horribly understaffed with an extremely backed up kitchen. We waited 15 min before seeing a server and an hour for a sandwich. Such a cute spot. They should've shut a few areas down-felt bad for everyone involved.

We had a reservation at 8:30 our food was served at 10:15 pm The people beside us had been there since 7 They told them they lost their ticket They didn’t give us a reason. There were 4 tables filled for 3 wait staff snd 2 hostesses and a manager in the entire restaurant so it wasn’t like they were overwhelmed with patrons and couldn’t get it taken care of with ease Very unfortunate dining experience

Service was incredibly slow with it taking close to 2 hours for our food to be served. Our waitress was nice and felt terrible. No one from management even bothered to check in with us or make any effort to address the long delay.

Walking in the staff seemed flustered which should have been an indication of how bad the experience was going to be. We ended up leaving the restaurant after waiting for food for 2.5 hours. We were still waiting for dinner and at that point gave up. When we asked for a manager on duty, none was available to speak with. We didn't even get compensated in any way for the time we wasted. We will not be coming back to his restaurant.

The food is fresh and delicious. We had the farmer’s salad, Cobb salad, blackened chicken sandwich, crab cake and lobster roll. There were some issues: 1. The green tomato salad never arrived. 2. The strawberry, basil lemonade had no basil, instead it had mint. 3. We waited an hour for our main dishes. I will point out that our waitress did apologize for the long wait and offered us dessert on the house. Overall it was not a great experience but I will go back another time to see if the kitchen gets their act together. Oh, and one more thing, this place could use some sun shades on their windows so customer do not go blind from the sun in the afternoon hours.

Food was good, but service was super slow and inattentive. It took 45+ minutes for food (including kids’ meals) to come to the table. 😕

Service and food were excellent. Noise level was not too bad. It definitely rose once the dining areas were full.
