The food and service were fantastic and we appreciated that they had music begging at noon. All in all a great brunch experience.

The dining area needs sound absorbers. Patrons can't hear each other without shouting. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff was polite, professional, and accommodating

First - they have done a great job with the place so take with a grain of salt - we won’t like everything at a restaurant and not every visit will be perfect. Our first time there two years ago was amazing. Had the burger with fried green tomatoes. Wasn’t on the menu this time. Not sure what we paid last time but for a salad, two entrees and one alcoholic drink, it was $140 without tip. The wait staff were all very friendly but this time it took a while to get served and for the entrees to come out. Ambiance is amazing sitting on the porch. The Scallop entree was great. The Halibut over risotto did not have much flavor. Taste and consistency of chicken soup. To me, it was missing something to give it the kick. I mentioned it to one of the staff and they offered to comp the drinks. That was very generous but we said no thanks. He asked for feedback and we just wanted to be honest. You won’t like everything on the menu all the time. Overall. Still a well put together place with good staff. Great wine selection. The price is the main thing that would limit my visits. As I say that, Winfields and Manisses are only slightly less expensive and we’ll be going to both during our stay ( and we’ll be back to the Atlantic as well!)

My octopus with butter beans was good but 90% butter beans and 10% octopus, and my whole black bass was the smallest whole fish I have ever been served, barely enough for an appetizer portion. It is always a lovely place but the food was way off this time and was not cheap.
