They sent us next to two people who were conducting a meeting with others on an iPad! Ridiculous. Why do they let people do that during the dinner hour at a nice restaurant? the servers were the B team. Alcohol - notknowledgeable and slow. Did not know the price of the wine they were offering. Starters and main came almost together – far too quickly. A nice meal should have been paced more effectively. Long wait for dessert, though coffee and dessert were good. All in all the food was good. Service off, and they should not let people conduct during the dinner. Really?

Athos is one of our favorite places to dine. Almost their entire menu is/or can be made gluten free, and there are plenty of options for all diets, and very clearly labeled. Our table was ready and Nick our server was just the right combination of attentive and nonintrusive. We started with humus, grilled Hamullomi, and baby lamb chops. We ordered Athos Branzino Fillets , Red Snapper Fillet and Penne ala Vodka for mains. The presentation was beautiful and the just the right temperature. We were too full for dessert, and actually ended up with a doggy bag.

Loved this authentic Greek restaurant in the Albany area. Welcoming hostess, professional waitress. Excellent food and wine. Loved the Mezze Platter and all entrees including lamb, chicken and salmon. The lovely co-Owner stopped at the table to chat. A home run and we will for sure be back on our next trip to Albany.

Athos is possibly our favorite Sunday dinner restaurant in Albany. The menu is simply outstanding, the location is convenient, and there is plentiful parking. We opted for a booth in the bar this time, but the tables in the dining room are prettier ... your chioce. Grace was our charming and attentive server, but in truth it is a team effort. I hoped to enjoy the Pashtichio but they were out, so I decided to go with Short ribs, possibly a much better selection! My wife enjoyed grilled eggplant. We finished with a nice serving of Greek baklava. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful place at which to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Manager arranged for a special dessert topped with a candle and accompanied by an anniversary message written in chocolate on the plate!
