The service was a little too slow for us and it was strange we weren’t offered a wine list or drink other than water until we asked for it. It was a prix fixe menu so not a ton of entree choices and I wish I could have selected a different temperature for the steak, although I understand wagyu should be served pretty rare.

Guest as St Regis hotel for three days.. NYE dinner at Astra. Pre fix 4course dinner. $150 pp. I probably had way too high expectations since NYE. Restaurant itself is a lobby restaurant. Food was just okay. Aesthetics of entrees underwhelming (pics attached). The waiter offered water. Come to find out $12 bottle for “flat water” (my bad). Pluses- The restaurant manager/hostess “Sayre” was phenomenal. She went above and beyond.

Hersol was an exceptional server. He genuinely cared about our experience and provided bespoke service. Not to mention the food was delicious and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

From arrival to the time we left the experience was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. We were promptly seated and the service was immediately good. The waiter was extremely helpful and pleasant. We visited the art museum next door and then our car was promptly delivered to us and we were off. Uniquely good experience and we will return. Ric Overton

Holiday tea on Sunday December 1st for my mom's birthday was fantastic. The service is incredibly accommodating, who knew there could be so many seafood options. I requested no beef and was very pleased by our menu. Everything was delicious, rich in flavor, texture and design. The Christmas motif was adorable, and we actually had to take a few treats home which my dad was more than happy to indulge. Overall a great experience!

Thanksgiving Dinner was dry and not good at all. We had an early dinner and were shocked by the quality of the food.

Food was average. Bread was stale not toasted. Honey nut squash soup was excellent. Caviar on a malted waffle/ below average. Price was high for what was offered. $650 total with service and tax for 3 people with no additional alcohol and with 2 bottles of water. Service was very good.

Service was impeccable. Food and drinks were delicious, good portions and great quality ingredients. Felt relaxed, not rushed. Space is beautiful and makes you want to lounge. Attentive staff.
