We loved our experience, the ambiance was excellent, music carefully coordinated, food was excellent and the presentation made it even better. All the wait staff were friendly and responsive.

It was our first time there and we will definitely be going back. The food was excellent and service outstanding. The ambience/decor was well done with quality in mind. We shared appetizers, Hummus with Pastrami and Sakshouka, and entrees, Margarita flatbread and Çengelli Taş Mix Grill. Everything was delicious with freshness in every bite. They have many more dishes that we will be trying in the near future. Great addition to the Princeton area dining.

Fantastic dinner at Aespendos for modern Turkish. Flavors were on point and presentation, we loved the zucchini salad as well as the mixed grill. Obsession with the balloon bread is an understatement. Would 100% come back!

This was probably my 8th time dining at Aspendos. It’s a Princeton favorite. The food is fantastic every time we visit. The bread is absolutely amazing. We are never disappointed. Don’t skip the baclava - it’s truly remarkable!

Smoked rib with jue sauce, a signature dish, was very dry. Appetizers and starters seemed like better choices than entrees. Kitchen was slow tonight (Wednesday) even though restaurant was less than half full. Service was just average. Are they losing their mojo?

First time at Aspendos. Beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is great. The food was so good Eggplant, zucchini, branzino, tenderloin Noise level is very high and not sure they can do anything about that
