The pita was served hot out of the oven. The Turkish lamb appetizer, carrot appetizer, and baba ganoush were all incredible. Perfect date night deliciousness.

The food was delicious. We ordered several different dishes to get feel of the spicing. Everything was right on. The service was excellent friendly from the reception to food delivery, to table service.

Had a delightful dinner experience here! The food was amazing and reminiscent of my time in Greece and Israel! Loved the vibe and our server was very knowledgable and courteous!

We have been to Ash’kara a few times before years ago. We booked a table and were overall disappointed. The food isn’t as good, it has become incredibly expensive , actually ridiculously expensive for what it is, I can think of much better places at that price. The service was okay, except at the end, when a guy started taking away dishes, like my unfinished glass of wine, I would have love to finish, it felt as if they are pushing you out, even though it was a Monday and the restaurant was pretty empty. We definitely won’t come back, too bad because it used to be a nice place. But the very high prices are not justified at all for what you get.

Our group of six dined at ASHKARA, and while we were excited to try the food, our experience got off to a rocky start with a missing waiter. For over half an hour, no one came to take our order. Fortunately, SAMANTHA, who had warmly greeted us when we arrived, came to the rescue. After explaining the situation to her, she immediately stepped in—despite being the manager—and took over as our server. From that moment on, everything was seamless. She expedited our drinks and food, expertly guiding us through the portions and recommendations for their tapas-style menu. Later, she explained that she holds her team to high standards and doesn't tolerate poor service, which was clear from the way she turned the evening around. The Food: Absolutely delicious! The pita practically melts in your mouth, and every mezze dish we tried was outstanding—we ordered nearly everything on the menu. The mains were equally impressive: the chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy with an addictive sauce, while the steak and lamb were cooked beautifully to a medium rare. Even the carrots were incredible! Though I’m not usually a dessert person, the rest of the table couldn’t stop raving about the blueberry upside-down cake and baklava. Despite the initial hiccup, this turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re in Denver, don't miss the chance to dine at ASHKARA! Special thanks to SAMANTHA for saving the evening and creating an unforgettable experience. She now has a loyal fan base!

Really wanted to love this but the price point and service just did not measure up. $54 for 4oz lamb loin, plus polenta that didn’t taste very good. They didnt clear our mezze plates throughout the entirety of the 30 min wait for the next course. Labneh and mushrooms were great, but otherwise, overhyped.
