Celebrating our son's 18th Birthday. Being regulars here for years now, we love every part of dining at Asha's Restaurant. From the warm welcome and great nature of the staff to the delicious cuisine, our whole party thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. Special mention goes to our waiter, Thomas who was very professional, friendly and welcoming and handled our every order and request perfectly. Along with co-host, Shivani we were made to feel very welcome and looked after! Another honorary mention must go to Shubum, who mans the bar and always comes over to greet us and makes us feel special and valued as a customer. The service was fast and the ambience very jolly and jovial! All in all, a fantastic dining experience as ever.. and a lovely touch in giving my son a slice of cake for his birthday with happy birthday written on the plate in sauce!! Won't hesitate to go back again!! Will be having our work dinner there at Christmas!!

Lovely meal and fab service I was a bit took back as it was my partner’s birthday and I put it in description and nothing !! Bit disappointing Last year we ate simpsons exactly how I booked with you guys. , ok a lot more expensive but it that quirky ness you missed! The meal was lovely I bet Tom cruise didn’t miss it !

Food was very nice but service was poor. We were mostly ignored by staff. Took a while to get someone to take our order. No one came to check that our food was okay once it arrived. No one asked whether we wanted more drinks and/or pudding. In the end we just had to catch a waiter’s eye to ask for the bill. Looks like they focus their attention on large parties and minor celebrities.

Afternoon tea at Asha's was an awesome experience. It was a good treat for me and my fiancé celebrating the month before our wedding. The service was good, staff were generally attentive, pleasant and accommodating. The food was served in an elegant manner, and generally tasty.

We arrived on time and were shown to our table in the corner of Asha’s the worst table we have had in our 4 visits to Asha’s , but as the restaurant was busy we accepted the table in good grace. The table wobbled terribly and it took FOUR requests to get someone to attempt to level the table ( without success) in the end our daughter took a napkin from an adjacent table and folded that under the corner of the base of our table. The whole evening was marred by slow / indifferent service. The food was excellent ( as always) But when paying premium price for a dining “experience “ it is not unreasonable to expect better service than we received. I paid the added optional service charge , but will think long and hard before returning, there are other dining choices in Birmingham perhaps more deserving of my money.

We had an excellent meal here, the chicken tikka masala was one of the best we have eaten, service was excellent and a great touch at the end of the meal with a complimentary piece of chocolate cake as it was my wife’s birthday. One disappointment was the toilets, they looked like a proverbial bomb had hit them’ I walked out with paper towels stuck to my feet. Fantastic food and service, evening spoilt a little by the state of the toilets.

Had a wonderful lunch with my wife. Service excellent as was the food. We always opt for a president platter and weren’t disappointed. Lovely and fresh ingredients. Perfectly cooked. Simply the best.

Great selection of dishes to choose from plus an extensive menu of drink options to wash it down. Great service on top of this, we were advised to order just one rice dish between the 2 of us and that was ideal so saved us wasting food. All of the food was top quality and we will be visiting again next time we’re in Birmingham!

The service and food was outstanding. Had the Presidents platter and two curry’s for 4 people and it was more than enough . All beautifully presented .
