   First things first, our server / bartender Miko was the absolute best! The menu was diverse, offering something for everyone, and each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning—clearly crafted with care and expertise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

   The restaurant has a cool vibe and the service was great. I gave it 3 stars because personaly I did not like the food. We tried the most popular dishes and they were not for us. I wouldn’t say it was bad, so if the menu looks good to you give it a try.

   Excellent food and atmosphere! One of my new favorite restaurants in Tampa. Highly recommend the Chef’s Table experience as well!

   Ash is a gem. Went with two friends for a girls night out. Started at the bar, drinks and oysters. Bartender was very helpful and a great mixologist. The raw oysters were small, delicate, and dressed with a light lemongrass cucumber mignonette. Absolutely delicious. Dinner is for sharing so we did. The conchiglie pasta was tasty and cooked to perfection. Asparagus was the best I ever had. The yellow tail and the scallops were luscious. All the food was fabulous and the staff friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

   Delicious brunch experience! Cocktails and dishes were excellent—especially the BLT Katsu!

    The food unfortunately came out luke warm and very, very salty (we joked that the cooks must be smokers). $40 for “Diver” scallops sliced in thirds was a huge disappointment. My husband said the scallops looked like U10’s and were sliced a little thicker than carpaccio and sautéed. Response, “no they’re not! Now do you want to talk to my kitchen staff?” Beware - the servers don’t share the water they offer is for a price. Paid $6 for supposedly in-house filtered sparkling (gas injected-not branded). While our server was knowledgeable about the menu, he gave my husband a fist bump on his shoulder and joked around like they were buddies because he brought the wrong wine. It was just awkward and uncomfortable, and definitely didn’t make up for the quality of the food. A manager asked as we walked out if there was a problem, my husband said ask the waiter or send me an email and I’ll send you a recap tomorrow. But no, the defensive manager insisted the conversation happen immediately outside the front door. When we expressed our issues, rather than trying to fix the problem for an unhappy table the manager asked questions like, do you want to check the temp of my refrigerators (wine was not at proper temp.) As to bringing the wrong wine bottle initially, my husband was chastised for not ordering by bin #! Then my husband was further aggressed for unprofessional behavior out side of Ash? He simply retorted with, “No sir, I offered email you tomorrow, you (the manager) insisted that this conversation happen immediately”. Not once did we hear, we are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations or we are sorry our service did not meet your expectations…. There’s a first time for every experience. Overall - the hype is definitely not worth it. Would recommend elsewhere to spend your hard earned $$.
