Les propriétaires de l'Artisans Restaurant ont créé un lieu unique en son genre, doté d'une grande cuisine installée au milieu du restaurant, dont vous pourrez admirer le travail depuis chaque table. L'équipe culinaire fonctionne comme un orchestre dédié à l'art culinaire dont le compositeur est le propriétaire/chef exécutif et travaillant à l'unisson tout en accordant une attention à chaque détail.

Tried the new location for a gal friends birthday luncheon, so disappointing. Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for bread for the table, finally flagged someone down..our food also took forever to come out. Food was decent but the ambiance, service and location are enough for a huge letdown. A shame, we loved the old Artisans in Midtown, this one is a loser. I would definitely not go back.

First time there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Not a good experience. We were there on a Wednesday and it wasn't too busy at all. We had to valet (the only option). We sat out in the Terrance. It took a little for them to get our orders. The service was pretty slow. We waited a good amount of time for food a drinks. The food was not good. It had no taste at all. The only thing that I enjoyed was the old-fashioned drink. It wasn't worth the amount of money we spent, almost $500 for a party of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids. I will not go back.

We really enjoyed to eat at l'Artisan. The food is always perfect. It is very easy to go there and there is a very convenient valet parking. On the top of the excellent food ( my wife and I took a business lunch) , we had an opportunity to visit the back of the restaurant. The chef Jacques Fox, a very experienced chef , showed us the way the kitchen is organized , the different places where the food is prepared. Compared to other restaurants , the kitchen is very very clean. For regular customer , there is even a special cabinet where they can store their bottles of wine. Jacques Fox explained to us all the innovative ideas he implemented to have a smooth move of the food from the refrigerator to the table of the customer.Our dishes were perfectly cooked and at the perfect temperature. Previously l"Artisan was located midtown at Louisianna street. We are living inside the loop and we think it is even more convenient to go to the new location. Less traffic. We have gone and are planning to go regularly to l"artisan

it was a great experience and great discovery, we eat outside, it was quiet, sometimes a little noise of traffic but we were good. the service was very good, our server listened to our requests, and he was very pleasant. the food was very good, the temperature of meals was good, and the meat was cooked perfectly. a good address

Terribly overpriced. The relationship between food quality and price is off by as much as 40 to 50%. Service was cute for a neighborhood bistro but not for fine/high-end French dining experience. Our experience (table of 4) likely was something that other dinners experienced too, since the place had lots of empty tables at prime time. I would not recommend this restaurant on any aspect. You will spend lots of money and you will get disappointed.

First time but won’t be our last. Food was impeccable and our waiter Brent was one of the best we’ve ever had. I was a bit pricey but worth every penny. Will definitely go back.
