   My husband and I came here for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. The valet service in front of the hotel was very quick and efficient. We sat outdoors, and it was very pleasant. Our server, Mariana? She was wonderful. We both had steak with mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. They had a woman singing karaoke for the entertainment. We really appreciated that the volume from the entertainment was on the subdued side so that we could easily talk. The singer was great and chose low-key jazzy romantic songs. What we especially appreciated was that the server asked us for our valet ticket to validate at the end of our dinner. We thought that was great because usually we have to ask or go somewhere to get it validated. Really excellent service we felt the ambience was classy, elegant, but not stuffy. It was beautiful on the terrace overlooking the intercoastal. We absolutely will go back!

   Artisan Beach House is amazing ! They have fabulous salads and great ambiance. Ask for outdoor seating. We were inside during st valentine night and missed the live entertainment and full moon. Also they blast air conditioning so if you don’t like 64F, seating outside is fabulous. Next time I will make sure to request it ! Fabulous place for romantic diner !

   Lovely experience dining outdoors by the water, excellent food and service and the hotel is immaculate. Thank you, we will be back.

   Very disappointed. Food was so under par!! I think we would have had a better meal at a Holiday Inn!! The Ritz Carlton is definitely not what it used to be!! Don’t waste your time and money!

   Beautiful views, amazing food, fantastic customer service. The menu was a bit overpriced however, I knew where I was and what to expect. A $32 (maybe it was $28) Expresso Martini is insanity though. Lol. Overall, a great experience and we'll go back. Cheers!

   Very attentive service and nothing necessarily wrong with the food just nothing special compared to other choices in the area. Ambiance is sterile. The menu is limited

   We had an extremely disappointing experience for new years eve. First, the vibe was off. The restaurant was nearly empty despite the staff telling us it was going to fill up. We were told we couldn't sit outside at first because we hadn't requested that in the reservation, but the reservation never prompted us to do so. A table sitting next to us was allowed to move outside after being seated, prompting us to protest again and we were eventually moved outside also. Several tables outside were never seated the entire evening; and the inside remained entirely empty. We were never contacted in advance nor asked at the restaurant about dietary restrictions. An opulent shellfish platter (we don't eat shellfish) was replaced withe the same hummus appetizer served at the hotel's pool--and initially for the same price until we pushed back and were given a $40 discount. The service was off. Staff could not keep track of who was at each table, and clumsily handled transitions between courses (removing plates, replacing silverware etc). Lastly, the food was subpar. Steak was overcooked and tough. Dessert was flavorless. And as mentioned before, the hummus was fine but a staple for the pool, not an elegant NYE dinner. All of this would have been tolerable had we not been paying $550/person plus a mandatory 18% gratuity. We expected superb service, food, and atmosphere for that price tag.

    La comida espectacular, probamos un salmón con puré y espárragos que estaba perfecto, suave puré suave y todo divino realmente el mejor. El ceviche divino también con maícitos y un poco picante pero en su punto. Las papas trufadas también son súper ricas con queso salsa. La atención muy buena. Realmente lo recomiendo mucho. La comida me pareció todo divino.
