He gained his experience working and completing internships in well known restaurants in Poland, the Michelin Star Atelier Amaro and also he graduated the Academy of Jean Bos.

On this day we want to give you selections of Chirashi Sushi Bowl by using the same fresh ingredients which is, in short, "undressed sushi" which is very popular in Japan and we want to give you the opportunity to have this experience here in UK. Outstanding food and demure service everything from booking to the seats around the preparation bar was an experience and delight. The best sushi we have ever had the chefs special were worth ordering for a delightful surprise. This is our new favourite restaurant and will be back again soon

Exceptional sushi made by the sushi master himself. A pleasure to watch his precision and skill in creating delicious and creative food. Great ambience and service. Unbeatable for a superb meal in the BCP area

Incredible, just like every other time we have been there. This is the sushi restaurant we compare all others to.

Visited Art of Sushi whilst on holiday at Alum Chine. The food and service were absolutely sensational . The miso soup and Chirashi were bettee than anything tasted ever, even in Japan where I have visited many times. This is a UK gem and must be visited if ever you get a chance. Congratulations to the Sushi Master and the staff at Art of Sushi

Excellent experience. The food was fresh and tasted great. Service was spot on and the sushi portions were a good size. We would highly recommend!!

Amazing sushi!! Freshly prepared in front of you. Service was brilliant, with a great buzzy atmosphere and the best sushi we’ve had. Will defo be back. Thank you!
