My friends and I met up for drinks and light dinner before a concert. We had been to the rooftop pool about a month ago and ordered food while there which is what inspired us to come back. We DREAMED about the Caesar salad with tajin croutons and couldn’t wait to order it. We also loved the shrimp! We ordered those 2 things plus guacamole, which was nothing special, I would recommend skipping that, it didn’t taste fresh. The fish taco was great but the chicken taco was awful. When our waitress brought our salad it looked totally different from what we got last time, but we gave it a try. It was awful! And there were no croutons. We asked our waitress about the croutons and she checked with the kitchen and told us “the kitchen thought the same thing at first, but they checked and they are in there.” They in fact were not in there. None of us could stomach this salad, it was rancid. We mentioned it to our waitress again, just that we loved the salad so much last time and we thought it was awful this time and there was actually no croutons at all. She said she was sorry to hear that, but didn’t seem to really care. We did not ask her to take it off the bill and we paid for the salad in hopes she might share our feedback with the kitchen and make someone else’s experience better than ours. Our group loves to support our local restaurants, but unfortunately when the customer service is so poor it makes us not want to return back. Loyal customers want a place they can recommend to others and sadly I just can’t recommend this business anymore.

I recently visited this spot, hoping for a great meal, but it fell flat. We started with the trio salsa, which was disappointing—just bland tomato flavor, no real seasoning, and definitely needed some salt or something extra to elevate it. The only highlight of the meal was the Wagyu Barbacoa Taquitos. They were flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying—no complaints there. However, everything else was underwhelming. I ordered the carne asada fajitas, and for the price, they weren’t worth it at all. The flavors were plain, and the overall experience just didn’t feel like I was getting my money’s worth. The drinks didn’t impress me either—nothing memorable, just average at best. Overall, the food is overpriced, and the taste doesn’t justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re specifically going for the barbacoa taquitos. Everything else just left me wanting more.

Super slow service from very beginning . Kept being reminded that kitchen was closing and host stand was rude.

We were fortunate to arrive during happy hour and ended up ordering a number of happy hour appetizers including the trio of salsas, guacamole, short rib barbacoa taquitos, Mexico City shrimp ceviche (+ lobster), and crispy rock shrimp in addition to cocktails. While all were tasty, our favorite dishes were the salsas, the ceviche and short rib taquitos. Our server (Hales) was awesome and we'll request her next time we're in. It was too hot to sit outdoors but the outside area looked wonderful and we'll look forward tor sitting outside next time. All in all a great experience and we'll be back!

Awesome addition to the Austin food scene! We had a hiccup with one hostess, but our guru Hales (hope I’m spelling this right) and the manger turned things around quickly for us. In the end the food was delicious (ahi tuna crudo is my fav!) and the DJ KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! Overall a great night!
