Modern Italian Restaurant in Ventnor City, New Jersey less than one mile from Atlantic City. Our chefs prepare homemade authentic pasta and delicious Italian cuisine that includes seafood, veal, chicken, and more. We have transitioned from a BYOB policy to offering a comprehensive full-service bar, featuring an array of specialty cocktails. We accept all credit cards with an attached 3% service fee or cash payment. Gift cards are available for purchase. Food was good, but changes to menu had a hiccup. Wait staff was not big enough to handle a full house.

We just moved to the area and figured we would try a local Italian restaurant. It was delicious!! Everyone got something different and we loved every dish. We booked an early reservation since we have a two-month old, but by the time we left, it was packed and loud. Loud with everyone conversing and enjoying the evening. Obviously, they were short staffed with the “off-season” or “locals summer,” but everyone was patient knowing a great meal was coming. We cannot wait to return!

Didn’t know that now that they have a liquor license now and we brought our own wine and we could not drink it…otherwise it was pretty good.

While the food was very good, if not, excellent, the service was beyond awful. Food delivery was beyond slow and I swear I think our waitress was working another job while waiting on us as she was completely MIA. Not only was food delivery beyond slow but there was no one to refill water glasses, remove empty plates, deliver bread to the table, etc... We were not alone as the table behind us (btw, the tables are literally right on top of each other) had a similar experience. Furthermore, there was an entire table of four that walked out after being seated and waiting 15-20 minutes without anyone coming to their table to take their order. It's a shame because the food was very good.

Waiting for an hour to eat then waitress was very rude when we asked about it. She then refused to serve us & turned us over to someone else. At least 3 tables that came after us with 2 people were finished before we got our food. We were 3. No reason for that & to be treated the way we were.

Aroma renovated since my last visit and it was beautiful and more spacious. Dining after Labor Day, there were plenty of open tables available. Marissa was a pleasant server. For me, the hit of the meal was the hot octopus appetizer ($23), with an interesting preparation that included a large portion of octopus, artichokes and a delicious pomodoro sauce. The very good Chicken Aroma entree ($30) had an almost smoky flavor with a demi-glaze sauce and pasta. Two negatives for me. Aroma is no longer a BYOB and I found the wine-by-the-glass list limited. Second, staff busing the tables should be trained to not pull plates from the table while someone is still eating. It is annoying and makes the person feel pressured to finish. I would definitely return.

Excellent meal and great service. The sea food risotto was perfectly prepared as was the veil. Will certainly look forward to visiting again

Always a great experience at Aroma! The food was Excellent and the service was wonderful . Based on our past experiences, we just booked another group of 5 for dinner. If you haven’t tried this little gem you really should! Don’t bother going to the place next door!!

Little neck and Mussel appetizer broth was outstanding and made the dish. Had seared tuna special, well presented and served rare as stated on top of crab risotto, which could have been warmer but delicious Also veal amora, was not a good-looking dish however veal was done well and cut with a fork, and the crab was fresh and bountiful. The sauce had a marsala-style flavor and accented the dish well. Was our anniversary carrot cake spot on, The chocolate cake was very good as well
