The food is exactly what you would expect. The service was exactly what you would expect as well. We made note of a Dairy Allergy and the staff and our server took it very seriously. We celebrated my mother’s 91st birthday and they even made sure to bring her a dairy free dessert with a candle! I will say for a dinner priced at what it is, it was an absolute slap in the face to get charged for parking! Not even using their valet but parking in a handicapped spaced the attendant had the nerve to charge! To be perfectly honest, that in itself will keep me from going back. There are several other high end steak houses in the immediate area that do not have this parking issue. At the end of a wonderful night, that is what we left with.

Kirk our server was friendly and attentive. The Caprese salad, Wagyu filet, and creme brulee were all great. The shrimp calabria had zero flavor and the shrimp did not taste fresh. The green beans tasted like the just had Sambal paste dumped on them and they were cold. Sent them back to be heated. Suspect the beans by themselves would have been excellent as they looked very young and fresh. The onion rings are nothing to brag about especially since they looked and tasted like frozen rings. We like dining on the patio in the fresh air.

We always have sucha great time and enjoy the amazing food here. Our server Derek, was especially lovely, his recommendations were fantastic and he really added to our experience. Thanks Derek!!

Great experience. The staff and our waitress were great. very kind and friendly. Krystal, the assistant manager (I believe), was very attentive and courteous. She checked on us a few times and make sure everything was in order. Steaks were amazing, reviews about the cajon rib-eye are true. we also had the Calabrian shrimp that was very buttery and delicious (not spicy at all). All in all, will visit again for sure.

My husband and I love coming to Arnie Morton’s. The staff are always so nice and inviting. Janet always greets us with such a warm hello. Kirk and Danny are the best bartenders. They make a wonderful Manhattan and Dirty Martini. My husband and I always have the perfect cocktails. We love coming here interacting with staff and patrons. The main dining room is so elegant and the food is always outstanding. The steak and miso seabass are delicious as well as the sides dishes such as the spinach mushroom and the gratin potatoes. The chocolate lava cake is a perfect ending to the meal. We enjoyed every dish. We love sitting the bar area on the weekend catching the latest sports events. It’s our favorite place. We always look forward to coming here and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a classy, elegant, upscale experience.

The evening started off rocky with a very RUDE hostess who was snappy and irritated and treated us very poorly. My husband was ready to walk and then the manager stepped in and went out of his way to make up for the poor job done by the hostess. In my opinion if you are not a people person you probably should not be the first interaction with the guests. However, the remainder of the evening was fantastic! Our waiter was very attentive, kind and took great care of us. The very kind management team kept on checking on us throughout the evening which definitely made us feel welcomed. The food at Morton’s is always solid. From the yummy drinks, hot bread, fresh and crisp salad, mouthwatering 14oz lobster tail, tender and well cooked filet and rib eye, fluffy mashed potatoes and sweet dessert, everything was 5 stars.

The server Derrick repeatedly used my first name to address me after I asked him not to. We are not friends and we did not grow up together. I was a guest and a customer and should be treated with the dignity and respect of such. Please correct this behavior as it was a hindrance to great service. Further, I asked to have my lobster de-shelled and it was simply cut down the center. The meat wasn’t removed from the tail or the claws. It was messy and I had a meeting to run to after dinner and didn’t want to smell like the ocean. Derrick also failed to bring out the warm towel and lemon after my meal and after he offered and promised to. The food was delicious as usual, but Derrick’s service left much to be desired.

IMO Morton's is a special occasion restaurant. The interior of the restaurant has an old Hollywood feel - especially with the photos and the music. The tables are nicely spaced apart and they also have leather booths so you easily can have a conversation. We dined on a Monday evening and it was not very full, but they were still well staffed and we had good service. The complimentary bread with whipped butter was really good. The bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer was delicious and the chopped salad was enough for me to have had for an entree. The chopped salad had avocado, blue cheese, tomatoes, diced onion, cucumber, hard boiled egg - lots of variety in one salad. We both had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked as we had each requested. All the sides have to be ordered separately (we had au gratin potatoes and spinach/mushroom medley - both were good) so be aware the prices add up. And the valet parking (only choice) is $8 plus any tip. Due to the cost of the evening for us, it isn't a place we will frequent regularly, but it's a nice place for a special occasion or date night. Note, they do have a moderate dress code so check into that before going.
