I’d say overall it’s a fun place to sit down, have a drink and chat with a date along with the live jazz band in the background, it’s a cool experience. I can tell the food is made using high quality ingredients. However the service is sub par. We did happen to come in on a reservation during some sort of event, which i don’t know if that affected anything, but it shouldn’t. Our server disappeared on us at one point, we had to get someone to go and find him because a different server said that our server had to help us with anything. But he never showed up, so we ended up having a different server tend to us in the end. We both ordered the “All American Secret Burger” my girlfriend wanted hers without a few ingredients and I wanted mine with everything on it. But when we got our burgers, they gave us the other burger on the menu which is the “Apollo’s Famous Prime Burger.” And we know this because our burgers had a fried egg in them, and even then my burger didn’t have every ingredient in it. There was no bacon, no lettuce, no jam or butter. And we still got charged for the more expensive burger which is kinda insane given the fact that the food there is a bit pricey. So i say be cautious when ordering food, and make sure your order is thorough. I can understand if the noise level is too high and it’s hard to hear eachother.

Awesome place. Menu somewhat limited but food was good. Jazz band not overpowering. All round great okace.

Excellent experience all around! Lucky to be there for live jazz and will definitely be back during live band performances!

It’s a nice little spot to enjoy some jazz and have a drink. Their cocktails are aperitif cocktails meaning very low in alcohol, the wine section is ok but highly priced for example a glass of albariño which is what I normally drink is $29 and Draft beer $13 The tapas are small like tiny small we ordered a cheese table the” table” was about two inches thick by maybe 8” long had a very tiny amount of law quality cheese some peanuts, olives a few Mini toast and some jelly. All in all it’s on ok place. Decoration is pretty. That’s the new thing in Miami beautiful places with mediocre food and ok service. The service here wasn’t bad. I have to add. That could do better.

Amazing experience. Celebrated my anniversary at the location and was treated with the most respect and kindness. Amazing service and the vibes were definitely above and beyond. Really thankful for everything.

Andreas was our waiter. What a great person who guided my wife and I to a great experience! The Jazz was great! We celebrated my wife’s birthday and I’m so glad we chose to celebrate at the Armstrong Jazz House!

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. Atmosphere was very classy and upscale but also vintage as well. Like a small nook and cranny in coral gables

It was fantastic. We went to see our friend play and we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful food and service. The place is very beautifully decorated as well
