Ensconced in prime Bridgehampton, Armin and Judy is inspired by the Riviera locales of the Mediterranean, Basque coastal towns and country side road inns. The restaurant has an in-house retail bakery with hand-made viennoiserie and pastry made daily. Our pizza dough and breads are fermented to perfection and the hand made pasta made on site. We use only local and sustainably sourced seafood and farm to table produce from our neighbor's farm. Oysters are sourced from the North Fork and are unprecedented year-round. There is a full bar and whimsically detailed wine list.
Visit our hidden Boulangerie and Grocer tucked behind the restaurant and find all our breads and handmade pastries, green paradox drink & broths, Italian caviar, sardine heaven and assortment of European's gourmet groceries [Thursday thru Wednesday 8am 'til 2:30pm].

Lamb chops and baked cod outstanding. Peach and beet salad delish. Salmon ceviche fresh but bland.

What a Hamptons hidden gem. Or at least for me. Truely special, intimate, 5 Star everything and not the usual Hamptons wanna be scene. Great for those is who like “flying under the radar”. 😉

Food is excellent but service not so great. They seemed to have lots of staff but no one knew what they were doing. Plus they messed up our order. Hope they get there service act together.

It was early season and the pretty back room was essentially empty at a peak time. I loved every minute-the service , food , n wine were all fabulous. I wondered...r people NUTS (for not being here) Then I remembered-wait til a few weeks from now Great !

Armin and Judy happen to have a very talented chef and a very well-curated wine list. The background music is pleasant and at a decent decibel level. They were a little short staffed when we were there last, but you'd never know it because the service was professional and attentive. Never skip the bread.
