Welcome to Arlo, an elegant restaurant that boasts two spacious floors, with the first floor featuring a large open kitchen and an atmosphere that blends California farmhouse with a classic LA noire feel. A beautiful 15-foot fig tree welcomes you to our second floor as well as a baby grand piano and unhindered views of serene rolling hills. Two bars with seating will allow you to enjoy our handcrafted cocktails and over 250 wines hand selected to be paired with your meal.

At Arlo, we have combined a menu that you can proudly look upon as your favorite local restaurant, as well as a design that will impress for all special occasions. Our chefs prepare locally sourced seafood, fresh pastas, Waygu and USDA Prime-grade steaks from the finest and freshest ingredients. Tantalize your tastebuds with intriguing and fun new dishes such as our duck breast topped with a chocolate chip cookie crumble.

This was our first visit to Arlo Kitchen & Bar. It was recommended by a friend of ours who had gone and had a great experience. My husband and I were excited from the moment we stepped through the front doors. We were greeted by the hostess who was so welcoming. We got seated and our waiter came to greet us (his name was John R). He was very pleasant and informative about the menu and the specials. We choose fried calamari to share as the appetizer and one of the specialty steaks for the evening. It was a tomahawk for 2 and we ordered creamed spinach to share. The steak came out on a stand and was cut into slices (it was a great presentation). The steak was flavorful and juicy and we decided to bring the bone home for our dog (he is going to be one happy dog). John R asked if this was a special occasion and I told him that it was my birthday but I didn't want anything special done. He respected my request. For dessert, we choose the apple crostada ala mode (it was one of the best desserts we have ever had). He did quietly put a birthday candle in the dessert but thankfully did not sing and I received a birthday card from the restaurant. I thought this was so classy and well done. The dessert alone would have made us come back another time even if everything else was bad but that was not the case. I cannot emphasize enough how good everything was from the service, the food and the atmosphere. We will definitely be back. I urge anyone who wants to experience a classy establishment with great food and atmosphere to give them a chance. I don't believe you will regret anything!!!

The atmosphere, food, staff (shout out to David, the ladies at the front of the house, Caroline and Kirk), and service were great. Definitely plan to visit again. It's been added to my list as a favorite on Long Island.

Our experience was fantastic as always. Brunch always amazing. Best Filet Mignon and Burger anywhere, The Grain Bowl always amazing. David the server and staff always polite and friendly One of our 2 or 3 times per month regular spots. Strongly recommend

Elegance, Romance and Sophistication. That is the vibe. From appetizer to dessert the food was delicious. The Chef and kitchen prepare and present an excellent eating experience. The service staff was excellent, each member of the staff was polite, and helpful not only to us at the table but to one another, working as a cohesive team which was led by the owners themselves. All in all it was an amazing experience

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! Every detail, from the ambiance to the impeccable service, was spot on. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each dish was crafted with care and creativity. Truly a memorable meal—can’t wait to return!

A friend and I set an early reservation weeks ago to try this place during Suffolk’s Restaurant Week. The point of Restaurant Week is to get people to come in - try your place and then hopefullly return. Would I go back The Arlo? I am honestly not so certain. We felt incredibly rushed the entire time we were there! Their seasonal cocktail menu was less than impressive and when I asked about a certain drink, the waiter said that one (the PTO) is “more for a guy”. What does that even mean?I heard positive talk about their Arlo burger and decided to try it, but was disappointed that a medium cook wound up extremely dry. A food cart to carry two dishes to a table is somewhere between an antique NYC steakhouse and a Pocono family resort dining hall, felt out of place. (Except for table side carving of a tomahawk steak) One more bugaboo of mine…seats to wait for a table inside the lobby are positioned right outside the bathrooms - awkward. However, lovely modern Scandanavian style building, comfy seating, cozy lighting and a small but vibrant bar vibe are their highlights.
