California native John Fraser, who is spearheading the food and beverage experience at The West Hollywood EDITION, has created signature restaurant Ardor as a showcase for vegetable-forward healthy California cuisine with flavors inspired by local ingredients. Recognized as one of the best vegetable chefs in the world, Fraser’s menu features an artful balance of produce and meats, using techniques from around the world and products sourced hyper-locally. Each dish is made with organic ingredients and focuses on the essence of food, prepared simply and presented socially for a contemporary culinary journey. Live DJ on Friday and Saturday nights.

Reservations are seated based on availability at arrival and are allocated 2 hours to dine once seated. Reservation of 5 or greater will be allocated 2.5 hours. Full party must be present in order to be seated & we allow a 15 minute grace period.

An 18.5% Staff Charge Added to all Checks and is Paid Entirely to Service Staff

Ardor is excited to launch an indulgent new brunch experience unlike any other. Guests will partake in an A La Carte menu thoughtfully crafted by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. Our menu effortlessly balances Ardor’s hyper-local, produce driven core with playful takes on familiar favorites. Please note: an 18.5% staff charge will be added to your bill for parties of 8 or more. The staff charge is paid entirely to service employees. Taxes are not included. The food was better than I expected. It's possible I recommend sitting outside. Also try the skirt steak!

The service was unmatched for LA. The chef was on point last night. We had the beefsteak tomato milk bread, Tandoor carrots, Raw cauliflower cacio e Pepe, the roasted oyster mushrooms and the grilled branzino, followed by the unforgettable rice pudding ( dairy free, gluten free). The chef and team are know as some of the best in the world with vegetables and we agree. We are serious foodies and every bite, of every dish had an amazing complexity . The vegetables magnificent , the fish sumptuous, clean. So happy we found this here in our backyard. Go try it. The ambience is also sexy and gorgeous.

The overall experience was five star! The food was good. The ambiance was excellent. The service was excellent. It definitely was an experience that goes into my top five all-around experiences for a restaurant. I surely will be back and my boyfriend who had dinner with me was very impressed as well!

It was a perfect place to enjoy an elegant birthday celebration. The food was amazing my fav was the Arugula Salt, Skirt Steak and Best of the Best the Hazelnut bar. Ask to see the rooftop it is a very nice area too.

Excellent. We ordered damn near everything on the menu for my party of 4, everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Service was wonderful too. Great staff. They know what they’re doing in that kitchen. Chef’s kiss…

The lamp chop and onion rings were absolutely delicious, I really do recommend couples to date or friends to have gatherings here! The staffs were very nice and patience, the environment is fantastic. They have a beautiful rooftop bar and a night club here, it’s a nice please to chill and have good food.
