Horrible service, it was our anniversary & they destroyed it - the food was horrible undercooked & messed up our order & my husbands food came after mine got cold from sitting out for 20 mins.

So the place is decorated beautifully and the food was yummy. However, the service and ambience of the restaurant was very sporadic, slow and very noisy. Also, the music choices that evening were very bad, not enjoyable and seem to be cover songs, which just seemed weird when they could’ve just played the normal song or perhaps music without any singing would’ve been better as a whole because there was a lot of talking and things like that from other parties around us. The staff was very friendly. They just didn’t have it together took us about 2 1/2 hours to get seated and get our order taken or to even be checked on/asked if we were doing alright.

I saw from the outside that most of the flowers are fake however I was hoping inside would have been different. Reading the reviews of how beautiful the flowers are and the hundreds of Selfies with those flowers I assumed they had to be real, but they are not. With the prices they charge you think they could afford fresh flowers. The fake flowers make the beautiful place appear tacky. You won't find many options food wise here especially if you are vegetarian. The 45-dollar pizza was okay but there was a taste of fish so maybe they use fish oil when they cook. I live across the street and came here a lot when it was The Conservatory. I was hoping Arden would present the same type of elegance as The Conservatory but it falls short. I was surprised to see that they've closed off the beautiful Society Room and filled the entrance with thousands of fake flowers.

Such a great place! The restaurant itself is gorgeous but the food definitely makes up for some spots that don’t have the best view of the flower set up above the bar and main dining area! Everything came out amazing definitely would try again! Little expensive but totally worth it

I would not recommend it personally, I think during summer it gets hot and the food is just ok ... it's a cute spot, but nothing exceptional....

I hate to be so critical but this is a waste of one of the coolest restaurant aesthetics in all of Los Angeles. The quality of food I would call CPK with better ingredients, I was very disappointed. Not to mention, there was a couple who got engaged, no staff bought them champagne. I thought it was such a shame I tried to buy some for the couple.
