Welcome to Archer, newly added to the Michelin Recommended list for 2023. We invite you to embark on a culinary journey through the coasts and waters of the Pacific Northwest. Our offerings highlight the bounty provided by the region's talented farmers, fisherfolk, and producers, celebrating the diverse cultures and flavors of Canada.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Archer provides a casual fine dining experience perfect for any occasion. Join us for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday, and dinner seven days a week. Our cozy bar is a fun spot to celebrate birthdays, enjoy drinks, cocktails, and gathering with groups.

Came for a birthday dinner on Saturday the 14th, the owner, Ian, was present and took excellent care of us. Our server Chris was lovely and very attentive. Food was amazing (had the scallops, burrata, ribeye eye, and pork jowl) really happy with everything. Zoe the bartender makes awesome cocktails (ask for dealers choice) will definitely be back. Have you ever had a meal that you could actually remember every bite ? The chef's tasting menu was that meal. Exquisite!

Had dinner at Archer last week Saturday, which was beyond what I expected. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between elegance and warmth—dim lighting, cozy seating, and an open kitchen that added a nice buzz without being overwhelming. Service was attentive without hovering, which is exactly how I like it. They really know how to pace a meal here, and the wine recommendations were spot on!

We really enjoyed the whole experience! The scallops as an appetizer and the salad was very flavourful. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great chat with the owner Ian - so much thought and passion goes into this restaurant . We will come back again

During your visit, there were comments made by your party that were inappropriate and hurtful, as they poked fun at other cultures. Despite this, our team continued to serve your party with professionalism and respect.

Came back for lunch with a friend to celebrate a birthday. Service and food were both excellent. Prices for lunch are great for a Michelin Recommended Restaurant.

The meal, plating and service was all done so beautifully! It feels wasted on a space that feels like a temporary restaurant dropped into an empty warehouse. The attempt at style was there with beautiful flatware and stemware, booths are gorgeous, but the rest just feels lacking with white walls and bright white lighting. The same 4 songs seemed to be playing on repeat and unfortunately the place was only 1/4 full which made it feel like an even emptier space. So much potential, but need to turn down the lighting, find better music, and make it feel more intimate and alive.

There was a patron (or manager/owner) at the bar with a laptop, which severely distracted from the very limited ambiance. The food was good (not great) and the service was lovely (if somewhat inexperienced). There are so many fantastic restaurants in Vancouver, an excellent meal with fantastic ambiance can be found for half the cost.
