Welcome to Archer, newly added to the Michelin Recommended list for 2023. We invite you to embark on a culinary journey through the coasts and waters of the Pacific Northwest. Our offerings highlight the bounty provided by the region's talented farmers, fisherfolk, and producers, celebrating the diverse cultures and flavors of Canada.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Archer provides a casual fine dining experience perfect for any occasion. Join us for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday, and dinner seven days a week. Our cozy bar is a fun spot to celebrate birthdays, enjoy drinks, cocktails, and gathering with groups.

Wonderful experience, food was excellent, service top notch and enjoyed the ambience. We did the early prix fixe dinner and felt it was great value, portion sizes were generous and all the three courses absolutely delicious. Our server Tracy was wonderful - pleasant, professional and capable. We sat at a table near the entrance and our only small issue was that it was a bit chilly with the front door opening and the chilly evening air coming in, however really a small issue. Very enjoyable evening.

We had a lovely brunch there. The mushroom toast and the nicoise salad were delicious!! We had attentive service. which was friendly and professionnel. The mimosas (both gratefruit and lichi) were yummy and served in proper champagne flutes! The wines by the glass are perfect for food pairing. Well done! This is the perfect place to go to enjoy a great meal and a visit with your friends!

Excellent somewhat spoilt by no cappuccino or Irish coffee to finish the meal (despite Irish coffee being a menu item)

Amazing experience with the 6 course tasting menu. I have booked dinner on Monday night to celebrate my partner's birthday and we were both impressed. Amazing food selection, tastes, aromas, presentation - everything you'd expet from fine dining experience. The service was so well timed and staff so friendly that we would definitely recommend Archer for any special occasion. The cherry on the top was the owner who touched our table many times and made us feel so welcomed, especially my birthday boy!
