Welcome to Archer, newly added to the Michelin Recommended list for 2023. We invite you to embark on a culinary journey through the coasts and waters of the Pacific Northwest. Our offerings highlight the bounty provided by the region's talented farmers, fisherfolk, and producers, celebrating the diverse cultures and flavors of Canada.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Archer provides a casual fine dining experience perfect for any occasion. Join us for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday, and dinner seven days a week. Our cozy bar is a fun spot to celebrate birthdays, enjoy drinks, cocktails, and gathering with groups.

Service was terrible. The host of the group had to come to the back to find someone to ask to clear the plates from the table. Same with the bill. For a high end, Michelin star restaurant, with prices as such, this is unacceptable. It’s a shame because I won’t be recommending this restaurant to my clients (who often stay at the Shangri-la) anymore. The group was outraged by the care free staff and lack of attention paid while they were dining. Disappointing.

Some of the finest food and service I have ever had, definitely should get its first star this year, highlights include the oysters, the Scallops, and the Salmon. I went back for lunch and had one of the best Burgers ever. If you travel to Vancouver or live there this is a must

Had a wonderful dinner! Love the design of the space and the meticulous presentation. Taste didn’t disappoint either (the oysters with pomegranate and raspberry pearls were incredible). The owner was very kind and got chatting with me before dinner picked up. Highly recommend.

Had a amazing business lunch. I had the Tuna Niçoise Salad and my colleague had the Mushroom Cavatelli both dishes were well presented. Truly the Tuna Nicoise was the best ever, it was so good, that I am wishing for it again. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent food. Well prepared and nicely presented. Service was first rate - professional, prompt, and not over bearing. Wonderful meal in a top notch restaurant. The duck and sable fish were both fabulous.
