Arch City Tavern is a contemporary gastropub located in the heart of the Short North. Guests can stop in for lunch, dinner & late night to enjoy local craft beer, seasonal cocktails and recipes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Make sure to check out the decor and 20-foot pencil drawing of Old Columbus for a taste of the area's history. Come visit us for Happy Hour M-F 3-6:00pm and weekend brunch Sat & Sun 11am-3pm.

Reservations are limited. We save a majority of our tables for walk-in seating. Reservations are available before and after OSU Football games, but not during. For reservations of 12+ people, please email archcitytavern@gmail.com.

Excellent service, amazing food, cool atmosphere. My family really enjoyed the lamb sliders, the signature burgers, and the Sweater Weather with Espolon tequila

Love love Lexi and Liv! We sit and Lexi has our iced teas ready to go! The caesar salad (best in town - we’ve tried many many restaurants), French onion soup (outstanding! Make sure that cheese is on there! I can tell you these are the best! The meatballs (make these part of the menu! maybe do a buttery focaccia bread instead? My husband says all you’re missing is some spaghetti noodles and it would be a staple! Buffalo wings are outstanding - have thoughts of doing a simple dry lemon pepper?, hamburger is great too. Plus the iced tea! It’s simple, easy, fresh food and love the friendly staff. We do not like the fries or chips much, but that’s our opinion and I’m sure other people do!

I’ve always loved arch city Tavern, it’s one of my i and my husbands favorite restaurants. So, I took him there for his birthday and expected some sort of birthday thing to happen, and nothing happened.

We are so glad we found this place. We were hosting family that was staying on campus and wanted a pub near them. The atmosphere was typical pub style with a bar and lots of tables and booths. We reserved a table for seven and had plenty of room. Our server was very attentive and on top of our every needs. Food was excellent and the portions were huge. We were there at noon so the noise level was very calm. The brussels sprout's were cooked perfect. The burgers the best in town. The beer selection was massive. Definitely try this place if you're considering a nice pub near campus.

The food here is average at best. Was told the bartender could not make a gimlet. The waitress was attentive but forgot things and seemed clueless.

Scheduled a business meeting to bring out of state clients too. Arch City was a perfection location for a midweek lunch. The large window was open in the front allowing fresh air the flow through the restaurant. Our service was prompt and the food came out perfectly, especially the bison burger.

The burgers were incredible and the truffle fries were amazing as well. They offer 5oz pours on draft so you can taste something before you commit to a full pint. The food was great I would highly recommend going Monday for $10 burgers if you wanna try them out !
