The food was really good and the service was good as well. Only a couple things that were not great. I asked for bug spray and they said yes then never brought it, and they were out of the dessert I wanted that was on the menu and the other options didn’t sound good, and it was very expensive but that is pretty typical for Tulum. Otherwise, a great time and would return. The sea bass and broccolini were excellent.

I HATED that they never asked if I wanted another water bottle, the just opened a new one with anyone noticing . By the end of the meal they had opened 4 bottles and charged them all even though I never asked for them. En resumen, te enjaretan el consumo de las botellas de agua sin que te des cuenta y al final las cobran. Service was excellent and everything is amazing!

Great experience overall, Service was attentive, flavours were outstanding and the atmosphere was incredible. It's a beautiful blend of fine dining and wildness. The waiters are all super trained, their food menu knowledge was on point ,therefore they can guide you to ensure you're leaving with a good culinary memory. Price wise : everything is a bit spicy but hey, the work behind to execute such a great menu and to have such a great service justify the price. Great job ARCA team!

Fue algo complicado llegar y sobre todo de que no cuenten con estacionamiento. Llegamos un poco acalorados por la caminata. Te proporcionan wifi debido que es bastante difícil obtener internet por la zona. Bebidas muy buenas, platillos super recomendables, servicio de Jonathan (espero que así se escriba) muy bueno. Lugar para ir de date o lugar de plática. Si, quieres el menú degustación tienes que avisar en la aplicación como notas (por lo que entendí) antes de tu llegada para poder disfrutar, debido que si no lo gestionas antes no se puede pedir. Solo a la carta.
