    We had reservations and were seated right away. It did take over an hour for us to get our food and it was cold when we got it. The sever was super sweet but the food wasn’t good at all. If you go, go for the experience, not for the overpriced terrible quality food.

    We went for our first time this Sunday. We were sat in a booth. We ordered drinks that took 15 minutes to get. We immediately ordered our food. Our fried cheese took 45 minutes to get and our food took almost an hour and half. And it wasn’t hot but warm. My husband spilled his drink and no one tried to help. I had to stop our server to ask for help. This was the worse service I have ever experience and no seemed to care. I mean people sat after use and ate their food and left before we even got ours. I would definitely not recommend our server.

    Service was horrible the whole 2 hours we were there. The manager was chasing our server around because he was clueless. $50 plate brought to the table cold. Bartender bringing drinks because that sat at the bar too long. The cold food was over cooked. Do not waste your time and money here. You will leave still hungry.

    My son chooses the Aquarium restaurant every year for his birthday. We always have a great time. Even though his birthday is 3 days before Christmas and the mall and restaurant is slammed, the servers are always great (shout out to Erin this year) and the food comes surprisingly quick for the amount of people in the restaurant

    Sam(female) was an excellent server. The food was great and she was very attentive and friendly. It was an awesome meal.

    First, I will start by saying that the service by the staff was very good. Our waitress was pleasant and the manager was accommodating. We also visited on a very very busy Saturday afternoon at the peak of holiday shopping season. Our food was awful. We also waited over an hour between ordering and receiving our food. I’m chalking it up to the fact that they were busy and understaffed. We may visit again in the future when it is less busy.

    Loved the fish - very unique atmosphere. My wife and I shared the fish platter and it was plenty for the two of us. I spend just a little more than what we paid at Johnny Rockets the day prior - higher quality of food for almost the same price.

    Excellent service. All employees we encountered were exceptionally friendly. Food was tasty, but very expensive. It was a fun thing to do on a rainy day on vacation. We got to sit right across from the fish tank so we had a great view of all of the fish. But you can walk around and see the tank from all sides if you’d like.

    Food was AMAZING!!! Gabe was our server and was very helpful answering any questions we had.

    We were really impressed with the huge aquarium and the multitude of different fish species! They all looked healthy, the tank looked clean and the ambiance was incredible! Our server Alise was amazing! She knew what we needed before we even asked! She is sharp, intelligent and an asset to the restaurant! Such a great personality! We hope to come back in the future. We really enjoyed it!
