    They should turn this in a aquarium by itself. The food was simple not for the price. If you got kids probably good for you.

    Mermaids only appear once or twice per week and you need to check before you plan to go. The restaurant was deceiving as they made it appear that the mermaids were there in tank

    Wife checked in and the rest of our party waited back because of the crowd at the front. I checked in 15 minutes later and host lied to my face about my wife’s check in and told us the manager said it would be another 15. We sat at 3:30. 10 minutes later we ordered drinks. Got our drinks at 4:03. Not even a water at the table in between. We were finally able to order our food at 4:05 and we are only getting apps for the adults and sundaes for the kids. Ice cream delivered to the table at 4:18 when It was ordered 3:40 with our drinks. The food was overall sub par. And because it was a party of 8, including 3 children, the gratuity was included as usual. Not sure I would have left that much. I am a Landry’s member and expected more than that from any property. Poor management!!!

    Such a great family restaurant, it’s so beautiful and we even got an unexpected mermaid show that was so cute and fun. The food was great and not so pricey. The service was great and the experience was worth it.

    A great dining experience. Good food, good value. Our whole family enjoyed watching and and talking about the fish as we ate.

    I do love the atmosphere of this restaurant. We took a baby with us and she loved the fish. The food is very overpriced and not that great. They also add a tip of 18% to a table of 3 adults and 2 kids. I always leave a tip but it should not automatically be added. Overall it is overpriced for what you get.

    Okay the ambience is amazing. The food was gross. I got colossal scallops and one of them looked like a bite. Our server was also awful. He didn’t check on us once. I ate one scallop and when he asked if I wanted a box for the rest, I said no. And he laughed at me. Also he kept talking to my husband only, I ended up paying the bill. He didn’t return back to me once I paid rather put in the middle of the table. I cannot say enough the ambiance was incredible. That’s the only reason I didn’t actually complain. The food and service left a lot to be desired.
