We went to watch the mermaid show for my daughter’s birthday. We were told there was a meet & greet at 5:15 pm. That never happened. The show started at 5:30 pm. It was 3 mermaids that swam for 5 min. I’ve seen the show before. It has been an actual 15-20 min. performance in the past. Then after the 5 min. of swimming, we asked the manager if there was a time to do a meet and greet. He said 5:45 pm. At 5:45 pm, we went to the area and the mermaids were waving goodbye. We were told different times of when we could meet and greet the mermaids. I felt bummed for my daughter who really wanted to meet, see, and talk to them. We didn’t get to. Food was okay. Nothing great. Service was fine.

The food was poor for the cost. The service was very slow, but pleasant when he infrequently and slowly came.

Maybe they were having an "off" day, but...we waited at the hostess stand for more than 10 minutes before staff even acknowledged us, and another 10 before they seated us. It did look like they were finishing up the lunch rush, and thus trying to help customers already inside who were eating/paying/asking questions. By the time we were seated, the restaurant wasn't terribly busy, and our waiter came to bring drinks pretty quickly. It took quite a while to get our food, but when we did it was OK. Not phenomenal, but decent enough. The waiter was very nice and great about getting us refills and so on. The ambience was incredible, though! Where we were seated was directly in front of a window where we could see several varieties of large fish, and the colors and lighting in the restaurant were very nice, too. All in all it was an OK experience, but not a stellar one.

Slow night for a Saturday night in the summer. But maybe 15% of the tables are occupied. Service was fine. No complaints there. Only with the food. You’re paying 4 star prices for nothing better than a quick stop at your local Applebees.

We were really excited to eat here and have the view of the fish while we dined. We were less than satisfied and left completely disappointed over the quality of the food and drinks. The Rosita Margarita was one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. It had puree in it that wasn’t mixed so the bottom of my drink was thick and gross. The chicken Alfredo pasta was PUDDLED with oil. Chicken in it was good but the rest was less than desirable. I ordered the chef specialty, Surf n Turf. Steak came out well done when I ordered medium, but I didn’t have the time to wait for a new one. Best thing was the side Caesar salad. Our server was great!!! Kitchen just needs some help.

The server was absolutely phenomenal and very apologetic for what occurred during our dinner. The mermaid show had definitely more of an experience for sure not acceptable for children and no one to monitor her or even tell her what she did the mermaid full exposed her breast during the whole show and no one told her to fix it in front of my child not ok and no Manager apologized for it. We left immediately.

This was a family vacation of 4. After a wonderful day at the aquarium we decided to try the restaurant. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and we enjoyed watching the fish in the huge tank while we ate. The service really was excellent. Our server Myoko (not sure I spelled that right!) was very helpful suggesting entree's that we would like. We never felt rushed and her timing was perfect...always there when we needed something but never intrusive. We felt like we had made a new friend! We will dine there again.
