The hostess never told our server we were sat so we waited 15-20 minutes to even be greeted or given waters. The waitress was wonderful though.

Great restaurant with excellent food and good service. Only downside is if you're looking for more private dining. They do have a side area of the lobby that is a little more private than the open area but generally it's not private. Best for groups or more social gatherings, less so for a couples night out. Quality all around though, definitely will be back.

Our waiter came to address us at our table too often. The busboy kept trying to bus plates before everyone had finished. They were both amateurs at serving expensive food and the service was slow.

Pretty epic four course Thanksgiving pre fixe in the lobby of a turn of the century bank. Seafood, toast and salad courses were on point. Entrees a little over salted and desert could use some work, but overall a delicious meal.

I took my parents for their first experience at The Ritz, and they loved it. They couldn’t get over the decorations and Christmas details. Food and drink was also 10/10.

Great ambiance, a very creative menu, and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised to see a few Mexican wines on the list because they are so scarce in PA. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
