Terrific new addition to town. Beautiful view, great ambience, food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Great service, the maitre de came over to check on us twice.

Mediocre in every way. Beautiful restaurant, but food and service were both severely lacking. Significantly better restaurants in AP.

Night got off to a rough start because we had a 6:30 reservation. Got to the restaurant on time at 6:30 and was told by the hostess that it would be another 10-15 minutes before we could be seated. This immediately made us feel as though the restaurant is unorganized since we had a reservation. The restaurant obviously doesn’t prepare properly for reservations. After waiting almost 20 minutes and still not being seated we went back to the hostess asking about our table. No apology for the wait and she immediately walked us to an open table, which also had two other empty tables next to it. Not sure when we would have been seated if we never asked. Once we were seated the rest of our dinner was great. Our server was excellent and everything from appetizers to dessert was even better than expected. Had the mussels for an app, filet mignon and salmon for entrees, and the NY style cheesecake for dessert. Again all of the food was excellent! Would go back again but would hope they are more organized with reservations, especially if they will give customers a problem if they arrive late.

We ate here a few weeks ago and everything was great. However, last night the service was awful. It took 40min just to get drinks and we had to ask for a server 3 times. Not once did a manager come over, no one apologized, and the waiter didn’t seem to care at all. He was not very attentive and we had to go find him for everything.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. The service was first rate and the food was inventive and delicious. We ordered lamb chop and shrimp cocktail to share - both perfectly prepared. I had the beet and Marscapone-stuffed ravioli which was amazingly light and flavorfully seasoned. The restaurant is beautiful too — views of the ocean — and lively bar.

From ease of making our reservations, a warm welcome at hostess's station, a fantastic ocean view table, professional service from Juliet, amazing cocktails & superb food and personal attention from a gracious maître d Kevan, all made our evening at AP’s Rooftop Restaurant an excellent experience. We will be back.

This restaurant is visually beautiful. Love sitting near the fireplace when I'm a bit chilled, and love sitting outside to stare at the ocean on a warm day. Service has been very attentive and caring, especially of my dietary restrictions. Cocktail and wine list are great as well. It's a great place to dine for dates, special occasions or just a night out with friends.
