Antoine's Restaurant a contribué à faire de la Nouvelle-Orléans une des plus grandes destinations de restauration dans le monde. Antoine Alciatore a été le premier à servir aux visiteurs des trésors culinaires de la Nouvelle-Orléans, comme les crevettes créoles, le crawfish cardinal et les crevettes rémoulade. The food was fine and waiter was friendly. That said, the wait for food and drinks was atrocious. Over 25 minutes to get our drinks, another 20 minutes for wine, and almost an hour for our entrees. It was a busy Saturday night, but for a place that claims to have operated for 184 years, you’d think they would have figured out how to staff up for an evening rush!

Amazing experience! David and Ladonica were awesome! So knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant and the food. Food was excellent and the house specialty cocktails were fantastic. Would definitely visit this restaurant again and will tell everyone I know to do so as well!

Great food. Even better service. Honestly I show up under dressed, but they made me feel comfortable when I apologized. Definitely worth a visit at this New Orleans institution.

Oysters and escargot was amazing. The veal was decent. Our server was wonderful until he decided to take our signed check (with our card in it still) before we left the table. I feel that was a rather tacky approach for the type of establishment. I waited tables for 11 years and could never imagine doing that let alone at an establishment like Antoine’s.

Our experience was great with Lita! We had the oysters Rockefeller, Gumbo, outstanding filet and out of this world lamb chops, the best I have ever had! We packed our meals with the old fashioned and French Gimlet. We finished with a cheesecake which was absolutely to die for! This was a great meal to celebrate our marriage as newlyweds!
