We had filet and chicken rochambeau. Both were delicious. In can’t forget creme burlee for dessert. Patrick and all were delightful.

Impeccable service, excellent food, and unparalleled ambiance. Service was excellent. Our server, Latisha, even treated us to a historical tour of the restaurant, showing us many of the private rooms and sharing the history (since 1840!) Food was fantastic. Best Oysters Rockefeller I have ever had, which is appropriate since Antoine's originated the dish over a century ago.

I was expecting fine dining but this was a dining hall and kids are allowed which was also unexpected.

I love Antoine’s and have enjoyed it several times yearly for over 40 years. Enjoyed my Oyster Rockefeller, but very surprised to find they have changed the recipe for the Rockefeller sauce. This is an old family secret recipe unchanged for many decades. It is now lighter and mushy with less of a spicy ‘bite’. Still good but just not as special as it has always been.

We were told by several friends that we should experience Antoine’s. We were told the food and service are impeccable, our experience didn’t live up to that. We had the Oysters Rockefeller which was delicious. Our entrees were good but not flavorful. We were early for our reservation and went to the bar for a cocktail. We were greeted and served within 5 minutes. My husband asked about the mystery room and the bartender actually showed us the door in the ladies room. We were seated in an extremely loud dining room and Myles, who I believe is an apprentice, immediately greeted us and explained that he was training someone. This person should look into a different position. I watched him during our entire meal try to set tables and meander around the dining room in others’ way. We were ready to order and had set our menus away from us as a clue that we would like to order. After at least 15 minutes, my husband was able to get Myles’ attention and he gladly took our order. We finally were approached by our server, Christian, who seemed very attentive to other tables, but not ours. We received our food in a timely manner, but no one checked on us. I would have liked to have had salt and pepper. I would not recommend Antoine’s to anyone unless you want to have the Oysters Rockefeller and a cocktail in the bar. Perhaps we should have opted to dine in the bar?
