Avec une vision d'une cuisine canadienne contemporaine durable comme objectif principal, ils offrent une carte de vins et de bières ainsi qu'une sélection de cocktails choisie avec soin et de menus saisonniers à harmoniser avec une gamme de mets de votre choix.

Raffiné mais accessible, notre lieu célèbre la richesse du terroir canadien.

Nous nous engageons à minimiser notre empreinte écologique au cours de nos opérations quotidiennes, c'est pour cela que nous achetons la majorité de nos produits ici en Alberta surtout. Cependant, au besoin, nous mettrons fièrement en valeur les producteurs canadiens plutôt que les producteurs internationaux pour nous assurer que notre artisanat soutient nos valeurs.

My husband and I were only able to book seats at the bar…and had a really enjoyable experience with the tasting menu! All of the staff, were kind and attentive throughout the entire meal. Portions were small but exquisitely plated…we normally leave restaurants regretting having overeaten. This was not the case here-we thought the portion sizes were perfect for us!

Excellent! Highly recommended. We had the 6 Courses Tasting Menu, and what a treat! Service was as good as the food. Spent a week traveling between Vancouver and Calgary and this was by far the best quality food and service we had experienced. Better food than any Fairmont Hotel restaurant we stayed in. Don’t miss out!

Fine dining in a casual, elegant setting. Julie and the FOH team took excellent care of us. We decided on the 6-course tasting menu. Each course was more delicious than the next. The duck with beets course was a standout, as was the foie gras. Julie selected a bottle of wine that paired well with most courses. We left delighted very full.

Absolutely phenomenal! Having lived all over the world, I can confidently say Ankor is at the very top of my list. If you’re in town, DO NOT MISS the chance to dine at this gem. The food is simply incredible—an unforgettable blend of flavors and textures that will blow you away. The drink options are equally amazing, and the wine selection? Out of this world! The chef is incredibly warm, and the entire staff is beyond friendly and absolutely at the top of their game. We loved it so much we came back a second night during our three-night stay. Truly, an experience you can’t afford to skip!

The best restaurant in Canmore. The food is excellent. This restaurant is worth a Michelin Star.

Really great experience at ANKOR . The staff are very attentive and friendly . The shrimp tartare starter was outstanding .

Ankor blows my mind every time I dine! The textures, flavours, presentation and creativity of the dishes combined with outstanding service and lively, happy plants thriving around the dining room all come together to really set this place apart for me. I love the attention to even the smallest detail - everything is perfect. Thank you Chef Danny and team for another amazing dining experience!
