Nous nous engageons à minimiser notre empreinte écologique au cours de nos opérations quotidiennes, c'est pour cela que nous achetons la majorité de nos produits ici en Alberta surtout. Cependant, au besoin, nous mettrons fièrement en valeur les producteurs canadiens plutôt que les producteurs internationaux pour nous assurer que notre artisanat soutient nos valeurs.

Fine dining that is trying too hard. Lots of emphasis on presentation and combinations of obscure ingredients but flavours get muddled and lost. Our cocktails, which were mediocre at best, were served after our food came. The lamb in the tartare was lost among all the other ingredients. You couldn’t even taste the meat. The mackerel was very good. The celeriac was fine but not special. We had the seafood for the main course. The halibut portion with the spicy c shrimp was very good but the crab portion got lost in the zucchini accompaniment. Not bad but not great. Seems overrated.

Food was fantastic, we ate every dish clean! Great value for the tasting menu as we left so full, although I could go for seconds of every single dish!

This is what a restaurant experience is supposed to be We had the tasting menu and wine pairings. Each dish was outstanding and complex. Each dish offered unique ingredient combinations and imaginative techniques. The offered wines were very good and especially well thought out. The service was exceptional and informative without being oppressive One goes to a restaurant to enjoy food that can’t be duplicated at home and each dish met that rest We would give 6 stars on a 5 star scale

This was the second time my husband and I have been to this restaurant. The experience with the food and service was so great in May that we brought our friends. The four of us agreed that the food was some of the best we had ever had. (We have all travelled extensively in and out of Canada) We will most definitely be back, as will our friends. The duck is absolutely fabulous.

Absolutely excellent. Finally, a kitchen that can knit together different tastes, skilled cooking, colours, presentation and textures. Bliss! There were 2 dishes on the tasting menu that caused me to think I had never tasted better. And I’m old!

It was an amazing evening, outstanding service and charming vibe! I recommend the six courses tasting, it was a delight from amuse-bouche to the mignardise.
