Raffiné mais accessible, notre lieu célèbre la richesse du terroir canadien.

Nous nous engageons à minimiser notre empreinte écologique au cours de nos opérations quotidiennes, c'est pour cela que nous achetons la majorité de nos produits ici en Alberta surtout. Cependant, au besoin, nous mettrons fièrement en valeur les producteurs canadiens plutôt que les producteurs internationaux pour nous assurer que notre artisanat soutient nos valeurs.

The food was delicious. The staff went over and above to make the evening fantastic. I’d highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.

The food was outstanding! Imaginative, excellently cooked and beautifully presented. Regrettably the background music was way too noisy. The restaurant was full, it has bare brick walls, and adding the (inane) music just forced everyone to speak at an elevated level. We asked for it to be turned down, but could not discern any difference.

Simply outstanding. Service. Food quality and presentation. Variety (we chose the tasting menu). Excellent wine tasting to accompany each course. Portion sizes were perfect, my wife and I were both full. And the final accolade - spotless washrooms! Next time in Canmore we’ll be back.

From the initial welcoming, service was exceptional throughout the night. The service staff was very attentive and always asking questions on preferences and ensuring each item came out too expectations. The food and the cocktails were beyond my expectations. I traveled from Chicago, and this quality of this meal was beyond what I expected. I had the 6 course chef tasting and each dish was so unique with great flavors. The cocktails were also beautifully crafted and tasty. The quality of each dish was seen and no detail missed.

The staff were all extremely welcoming and did an excellent job. The food was top notch, we will definitely return next time we are in Canmore.

Wonderful dining experience. We had the tasting menu and every course was a delight. Service by Julie was beyond our expectations and the whole kitchen staff worked so hard to please.

My husband and I were only able to book seats at the bar…and had a really enjoyable experience with the tasting menu! All of the staff, were kind and attentive throughout the entire meal. Portions were small but exquisitely plated…we normally leave restaurants regretting having overeaten. This was not the case here-we thought the portion sizes were perfect for us!

Excellent! Highly recommended. We had the 6 Courses Tasting Menu, and what a treat! Service was as good as the food. Spent a week traveling between Vancouver and Calgary and this was by far the best quality food and service we had experienced. Better food than any Fairmont Hotel restaurant we stayed in. Don’t miss out!
