Sunday lunch really great quality food , option to have smaller plates if required. Selection of roasts was spot on and the service excellent. Not rushed but appropriately efficient, Everything about the experience was amazing highly recommended

We had a pleasant meal with our visiting son. The food was very good and the service excellent. Friendly and efficient, we had one small problem which was sorted quickly and without fuss. We look forward to our next visit.

Our Waiter was very helpful and initial impression good the Shiraz wine we had was delicious. I chose the special Vietnamese Coconut Curry with added prawns and flatbread. The only heat with from the red chili on the side no sign or taste of coconut prawns were soggy and had no taste and the gooey mush was served cold as were the flat breads - very disappointing one of my friends had the chicken burger with skin on fries - no skin on the fries just frozen chips and a disappointing burger. The other friend had the Chicken Schnitzel and that was OK. We finished with the profiteroles which were excellent apart from the lack of topping.

My wife had the lamb and she said it was chewy my daughter had the pork and she said it was ok i had the chicken schnitzel and it was ok nothing special . The drinks were expensive and there was a 12.5 % service charge which overall made the meal pretty expensive for a very average selection of food . Would not rush back for this £ would expect alot better quality and more tasty , we get hello fresh at home which i would say was more tasty than what we had last night .

Delicious Sunday roast. Really nice quality meat cooked perfectly and served with crunchy roast potatoes. Service very friendly and efficient.

Top notch food and service. Although fairly quiet with numbers to begin with, the pub got busier but the staff coped just fine. Food was served promptly and obviously freshly cooked. Excellent and tasty complete with a change to the vegetables by me. Thoroughly recommended.

The food on the lunch menu was very small in portion size and in our tables opinion did not meet what you would expect from dishes costing £11 (one poached egg on a tiny slice of sourdough) and an unseasoned/dressed crispy beef salad for £16.50 which consisted of lettuce leaves only. It was actually dissapointing, we had to order extra bread and a portion of chips to add to our meals which otherwise were not sufficient. The service however was great.
