Terrible Service. Server forgot drinks and decided to argue with me about my order....ridiculous. Was embarrassing. Beware

We had a fantastic dinner at Angler and Aleput on the patio overlooking the marina! We brought our freshly caught fish and had it cooked blackened and fried. The sides were delicious as well as the pineapple salsa and key lime aioli … delicious! Our server India was so fun and attentive. Highly recommend dinner here.

The food did not meet our expectations at all, we paid around $40 per main course plate, the food, presentation and service was just very average. The restaurant had a lot of good reviews that is why we went there. However, I would not recommend paying high end prices and choose less expensive items on the menu.

Ambiance was pleasant, great views of the marina. While the wait staff was pleasant, service itself was slow. Wait time for food was in excess of an hour. Food quality did not reflect the price. Plenty of other restaurants in the area that have outstanding meal options at better prices.

Sadly we had a very unfortunate experience here! Ambiance, especially outside with the boat rock band, was great, but our server must have had too many tables as they completely forgot about us and even the appetizer (shrimp cocktail) took over an hour to get to our table. Normally I’m pretty forgiving having been a server myself, but the staff was not even apologetic and never checked in. Super disappointing.

Prime rib and surf and turf were both ordered medium rare. They came well done. Burger the same. The cost was outrageous for the quality of food.

This was our last dinner at Hawk's Cay and it was a great choice. Our waiter Basil was outstanding! Very personable and thorough. We were a party of 6 - 4 had fish and 2 had burgers and everything was delicious and fresh!
